Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 8 PINRANG KABUPATEN PINRANG mulai Awal September sampai Oktober 2023. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas Kepala, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kemahasiswaan, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Guru, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis interaktif model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 8 budaya sekolah yang merupakan implementasi nilai dalam penguatan karakter siswa di SMKN 8 Pinrang. membangun komitmen yang kuat untuk keberhasilan pengimplementasi budaya sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal. Melalui budaya sekolah mampu menguatkan karakter peserta didik seperti karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, percaya diri, jujur, nilai-nilai kebersihan, dan etika memasuki kelas. Dalam proses pengenceran semen babi, tersedia berbagai macam pengencer dengan berbagai merk dan harga di pasaran. Dalam memilih pengencer ini, kandungan nutrisi dan daya simpan menjadi pertimbangan. Beberapa pengencer yang tersedia perlu diketahui kualitasnya dalam menjaga kualitas sperma babi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan uji coba terhadap berbagai produk pengencer semen babi yang beredar di pasaran. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan pengencer MIII, Biopig, Semenlife dan VIM. Pengencer dilarutkan dalam aquades sesuai dengan instruksi dari produsen pengencer. Semen babi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari babi jenis Yorkshire. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah motilitas, viabilitas dan abnormalitas spermatozoa. Pengamatan dilakukan 12 jam setelah pengambilan semen segar. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan analisis varians (ANOVA) menggunakan Software SAS 9.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pengencer yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap motilitas, kelainan dan viabilitas sperma babi yang disimpan selama 12 jam. Motilitas dan viabilitas sperma pada penelitian ini tidak berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, namun abnormalitas sel sperma hampir dua kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya. Meanwhile, based on the writer‟s experience the writer still made an error when writing an essay. The aims of this study are to find out the dominant types of error and the causes of the error. This study used qualitative descriptive as a case study. the population of this study was the 1sT semester students English Department of Nommensen University from groups A and B consist of 15 students. The data was collected from the students‟ tests and interviews. According to the result, there were four types of errors by using the appropriate tenses in writing a short essay made by the first semester students, those were (1). Omission (17.2%), (2). In Addition (10%), (3). Misformation (69.1%), and (4) Misordering (3.7%), the dominant types of error by using the appropriate tenses in writing a short essay made by the first semester students English Department Nommensen University on their short essay was Misformation (69.1%). The purpose of this writing to know the responsibility of the Professional Professional Doctor and Law on the profession of the doctor. This research method is a journightative normative method. The research shows the profession of physicians may be asked for criminal accountability when proven to meet the element of element of error. The error is the most important element in determining the criminal accountability. The property of the physician profession in Indonesian criminal law indirectly can be subject to sanctions as per article contained in the Criminal Code, and the profession of physicians may be held accountability through the Law and Medical Law and if they do malpractice can be reported and examined the Indonesian Medical Discipline Human Discipline.
