This paper uses FANUC PICTURE as the development tool to develop a special human-machine interface for machining shaft parts facing FANUC CNC system. Using this humanmachine interface can greatly reduce the skill requirements for CNC operators. According to the machining drawings, the operator can quickly select the feature size information of the shaft parts to be machined in the human-computer interface. We can edit and modify the feature dimension elements to directly perform NC processing. Due to the limited energy of the sensor nodes, energy replenishment and power replacement are not possible. In order to reduce the energy consumption and balance the node energy in the wireless sensor network, this paper introduces the ant colony algorithm in the wireless sensor network and proposes an improved ant colony algorithm. It also improves the wireless sensor network based on the ant colony algorithm by optimising the heuristic factor, optimising the pheromone update strategy, adjusting the pheromone volatility coefficient and improving the path search direction. It has certain advantages in terms of low energy consumption and long survival period. How to use the existing cloud computing to build highly reliable and highly available application computing, and ensure that the computing runs stably along the expected track and towards the expected goal; How to objectively and scientifically design reliable cloud computing and dynamically and efficiently evaluate the reliability of cloud computing is an important problem in reliability analysis. Reliability plays a crucial role in the non-functional attributes of a service. The reliability of a service directly determines whether it can fulfill the business needs of the service requester according to certain requirements. Increasing the reliability of cloud services can reduce the service failure rate and reduce the service cost of cloud service providers to some extent. Therefore, the probability decomposition method adopted in this paper is an important method to calculate the network reliability. This method is applicable to both undirected and directed networks. It is easy to realize. The selection of decomposition elements does not depend on manpower. This article begins by discussing the concept, foundation, and evolution of GeoAI. Following that, the distinctions and connections between AI and GeoAI are discussed. Then, in conjunction with recent research, this paper reviews the latest advancements in GeoAI in scientific research and practical application, including GeoAI for data extraction, spatial analysis, and decision making. Finally, the article focuses on the difficulties encountered by existing GeoAI and provides an outlook on GeoAI’s future development direction. Decision tree is one of the most widely used models in classification applications. The existing theoretical research on vehicle transportation route selection is relatively absent, mostly about the transportation route selection of articles and hazardous wastes. The transportation risks in these studies only consider the objective risks such as the probability of accidents or the density of people affected by the passing area. Although it is enlightening to the vehicle route selection, it is not fully applicable. Continuous discretization of attributes and dimension reduction of high-dimensional and large-scale data are also key technologies to expand the application range of decision tree algorithm. From the point of view of vehicle transportation considering the time factor, the government stipulates that all provinces have strict traffic restriction system, as well as the changes of traffic flow, the number of people near road sections and customers’ satisfaction with the delivery time. This series of realistic reasons reflects the importance of time factor to the route optimization of transport vehicles. Decision tree can analyze the patterns and rules useful to users in the learning data from a large amount of data, and use these learned patterns and rules. The decision tree does not need to spend a lot of time and thousands of iterations to train the model. It is suitable for large-scale data sets. In addition to the information in the training data, it does not need other additional information, and shows good classification accuracy. Firstly, data processing is performed to normalize the data, then xgboost regression prediction is performed for product quality results, and finally confusion matrix is established for model testing, and the parameters are cyclically modified to reach the optimum to obtain various indexes.
