This paper uses FANUC PICTURE as the development tool to develop a special human-machine interface for machining shaft parts facing FANUC CNC system. Using this humanmachine interface can greatly reduce the skill requirements for CNC operators. According to the machining drawings, the operator can quickly select the feature size information of the shaft parts to be machined in the human-computer interface. We can edit and modify the feature dimension elements to directly perform NC processing.
