Mobile banking has gained popularity among customers, highlighting the potential for advancements in this sector. In Ponorogo Regency, the convenience of making ZISWAF payments from home without visiting the bank has been underutilized by users. Additionally, difficulties in identifying eligible recipients (mustahiq) and insufficient user trust in the bank, along with limited understanding of BSI mobile, pose challenges. This study aims to examine the influence of convenience and trust on ZISWAF payments through the ZISWAF sharing feature in Ponorogo Regency, with gender as a moderating variable. A quantitative research approach is employed, focusing on BSI customers in Ponorogo Regency. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data is collected through questionnaires, and the analysis includes multiple linear tests and moderated regression analysis interaction tests. The findings reveal that convenience does not have a significant positive effect on the decision to pay ZISWAF (p-value = 0.107 > 0.05). However, trust has a significant positive effect on the decision to pay ZISWAF (p-value = 0.008 < 0.05). Simultaneously, convenience and trust exhibit a positive and significant influence on the decision to pay ZISWAF (F-test: p-value = 0.015 < 0.05). However, technology utilities also face challenges like internal OPZ readiness because a revolution in zakat management will significantly impact the institution's internal, for example, amil’s role and zakat data server. Based on this phenomenon, the research aims to know how digital wallet service features affect interest zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at Nurul Fikri Amil Zakat Agency in Palangka Raya. This research used a quantitative and causal associative method. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and observation. The samples were 90 people called muzakki and munfiq at LAZ Nurul Fikri in Palangka Raya. Data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and T-test (partial) with SPSS 25 version. Based on the t-test acquired score of 0.00 < 0.05 showed that the digital wallet service feature had a positive and significant effect on the interest of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at LAZ Nurul Fikri Palankga Raya, the value from determination coefficient (r2) was 0.53%. One of the problems that is still being faced by the Indonesian state is the problem of poverty. Poverty alleviation efforts are carried out to realize the ideals of the nation, namely, the creation of a just and prosperous society. The sandwich generation has the hope of living a just and prosperous life. The sandwich generation is like a slice of a sandwich. Those who have reached adulthood are \"sandwiched\" between responsibilities for children and their parents who have entered old age to care for, provide for, and meet the needs of clothing, food, and shelter. Becoming the sandwich generation may not be everyone's dream. The responsibility that is carried is not easy because you have to support two generations at once. Sandwich situations require an open attitude among family members to help ensure that money is managed wisely, effectively, and cooperatively. In addition to such a position, the Muslim sandwich generation must be aware that there are still other people's rights in their wealth. This means that this generation must issue obligations such as zakat, infaq, alms, and endowments. According to Marts (2013), this generation is very dependent on technological sophistication because it is required to have fast performance, so it tends to be more practical. This type of research is a quantitative research using the SEM (structural equation modeling) method. The research sample is the sandwich generation of Muslims in Indonesia with a probability sampling technique. This study's results indicate the influence of philanthropic technology used by the Muslim sandwich generation on poverty reduction. In addition, this research is useful for the government and formal charitable institutions to reduce poverty. However, this will be realized if the government protects formal charitable institutions thereby increasing philanthropic behavior by the Muslim sandwich generation. The government must also take a role, namely to regulate the distribution of benevolent funds to areas in need. For example, the centralization of benevolence funds to create a fair distribution. Sandwich generation competence using financial planning technology needs to be developed by the government so that it can build a mindset of people who are aware of managing finances. This can be done by increasing the number of charitable institutions engaged in financial planning technology. Charitable institutions also have a role, namely they must be able to maintain public trust and cooperate with other formal charitable institutions. Therefore, to create standardization of the same zakat management capabilities in each zakat management institution, the amil zakat certification is one of the right ways to go towards this. Amil zakat certification is formulated to create amil to have superior and tested work competence, to create effectiveness and efficiency in managing zakat. At BAZNAS Cilacap Regency itself, there are at least two amil who have participated in the amil zakat certification and are declared competent. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the amil zakat certification in increasing amil competence at BAZNAS Cilacap Regency. \u0000This research uses a type of qualitative research with a field survey approach, where in this study the researcher intends to describe and describe what events or problems are following what is obtained in the field, namely BAZNAS Cilacap Regency, whether the data is in the form of written or oral words from the informants as well as other supporting data. In data collection techniques, the authors use observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, in data analysis techniques, the authors use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. As well as data validity techniques, the authors use triangulation and member checks. \u0000The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the amil zakat certification in increasing amil competence at BAZNAS Cilacap Regency, in general can be said to be quite effective. This is due to positive progress in improving the quality of the work competence of amil after they have been certified. The research method used is qualitative and based on a systematic literature review approach. Sources of data come from literary journals published by Scopus and Google Scholar indexed publishers (Sinta 2 and Sinta 3). Data was collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program. Selected articles are analyzed using the VOSviewer tool to submit article title, author name, country of origin, and trending keywords. The ease of paying zakat is a key factor that opens the way for Muzaki to pay zakat. The community's understanding of the channels that can be used to pay zakat will certainly provide a solution if the community has difficulty paying Amir Zakat directly. In general, organizations have three channels to manage zakat. This generosity is reliable through the results of the Indonesia Philanthropy Outlook 2022 Survey which states that there are seven areas of progress in Indonesia's philanthropy. Philanthropy itself can be interpreted as the practice of generosity which is a tradition and religious teachings of the Islamic community with its actualization through zakat, infaq, endowments and alms. The progress in this area raises hopes for philanthropy to be able to maintain public trust. Therefore, the Indonesian Philanthropy Association (PFI) has contributed by issuing the Indonesian Philanthropy Code of Ethics (KEFI) in 2021 to maintain donor trust through the realization of an accountability system. But in fact there are still deviations in philanthropy. For this reason, Chairman of the KEFI Task Force and President of the Human Initiative Tomy Hendrajati mentioned the need for a regulation and law that regulates philanthropic activities. This is the basis for the author in setting research objectives, namely to find out the importance of a regulation for philanthropic activity. This study uses the previous research literature study method and a normative juridical approach to obtain secondary data. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method to become a research that is useful for researchers and readers. The results of this study are that philanthropic regulations have an important role in strengthening a system of accountability for actors to maintain public and donor trust in philanthropic institutions.
