They provide high security level even in the conditions of quantum cryptographic analysis. A new improved code-based electronic signature scheme is proposed in this article. Due to the improved decoding scheme, we are able to significantly reduce the signature generation time. Also, quantitative estimates of the speed of the new cryptoalgorithm are provided. Practical studies have shown that the use of the proposed decoder can significantly reduce the number of attempts required to decode the syndrome, and, consequently, reduce the time required by the digital signature algorithm. Due to the fact that additional calculation of additional syndromes and re-decoding requires fewer calculations than increasing the value of the counter and performing all steps from hashing values to decoding again.","PeriodicalId":123008,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications. SSA –based preprocessing improves the performance of direction of arrival (DOA) estimation. Adaptive variant of SSA method is used in the paper. In the particular case when the frequencies of signals are the same, the spatial smoothing procedure is used. The embedding procedure of SSA is explained using selection matrices by analogy to spatial smoothing. The obtained DOA estimates can be used for signal reconstruction and recognition. A comparative analysis has shown that the accuracy of estimating air object coordinates by the wide area multilateration system under consideration is significantly higher than that provided by currently available wide area multilateration systems. It is shown that the introduction of active and passive methods for creating wide-area multi-position observation systems significantly broadens the number of available air object coordinate estimation techniques and, as a result, enhances the quality of information support by providing its users with the opportunity of choosing an optimal estimation method for various primary measurements of received signal parameters. Modern technologies, such as electric, electronic, cyber-physical systems etc. have proven the existence of many challenges related to their practice and there is potential for improvements in how the hazard characterization can be conducted. Our purpose is to present practical methods that should be applied for hazardous events’ evaluation. Features of electric vehicles fire safety studies are highlighted. These approaches include furthering studies regarding rankings of risk factors and assumptions supporting the analysis. Focusing on events not included in existing studies. A simple example is used to illustrate how efficiency is reduced, due to a lack of a proper risk assessment perception from a safety standpoint. For the considered video traffic in real time, the spline-extrapolation method based on the cubic Hermite spline was used. Comparison of the results of predicting the characteristics of video traffic using the spline-extrapolation method based on various cubic spline functions (cubic spline, cubic B-spline and cubic Hermite spline) is carried out. The presented implementation of a cryptosystem has a greater reliability. An analysis of the current state of theory and practice of a new section of computer science, called Incident Management, is carried out. It is shown that one of the main groups of reserves of high-quality and timely execution of requests in the service request management system is the group associated with taking into account the human factor, that is, the group of ergonomic reserves. It is also shown that a comprehensive consideration of all factors affecting the efficiency is possible if the method of functional networks developed by a scientific school under the leadership of professor Anatoly Gubinsky is used to describe incident management processes. Principles and basic models for the decision support system for ergonomic quality assurance are proposed. For the case of a multi-ergatic service request management system, typical for outsourcing companies, and the need to analyze work in queue conditions, a complex analytical-simulation model is proposed.
