The effectiveness of the drugs, used in rehabilitation, was analyzedaccording to the methodology of our previous study, 78 patients were diagnosed withacute Q-myocardial infarction in comparison with 46 patients who had stable angina IIfunctional class.Results. Tivortin and Tivorel increase Δ%RR-SDNN, which is associated with a reductionof the risk of adverse events and activation of the parasympathetic contour, Tivortinoptimizes ST-slope and accelerates transient depression of the ST-segment that reducesthe risk of death from cardiovascular disease and increases the antiarrhythmic effect,and also, the addition of \"Tivortin\" and \"Tivorel\" reduces the dispersion of the QTinterval, which indicates an anti-ischemic effect. An increasе of Δ%RR-SDNN index ishigher for bisoprolol than for amiodarone and indicates a positive effect, as a decreaseof this indicator is a risk factor for overall and cardiac mortality; amiodarone stimulatesthe activation of the parasympathetic contour; both drugs reduce the dispersion of QTinterval, which indicated anti-ischemic effect; amiodarone less efficiently affects ST-slopethan bisoprolol, but the effect of these drugs is associated with a reduction of adverseevents.Conclusion. The effectiveness of the assessment of the metabolic therapy at the stage ofrehabilitation of patients with cardiac pathology using the drugs \"Tivortin\", \"Tivorel\" incomparison with amiodarone and bisoprolol has been proved. To study and analyze the level of morbidity and features of the clinical course ofscabies in adults in Chernivtsi region over the past three years.Material and methods. The study and analysis of the incidence rate and nature of clinicalmanifestations of scabies in adults in the Chernivtsi region over the last three years(2017-2019) using clinical and statistical research methods.Results. It has been found that the incidence rate of scabies among the adult populationof the Chernivtsi region over the past three years increased by 1.46 times, and amongthe urban population - by 1.93 times. Typical clinical manifestations of dermatosis werediagnosed in 47,4% of persons among patients with scabies, and atypical forms ofscabies: low-symptom (\"well-groomed\" or \"treated\"), complicated (pyoderma, allergicdermatitis and eczematization) and post-scabious lymphoplasia were diagnosed in morethan half (52.6%) of patients, which indicates the need for a comprehensive examinationof such patients to identify possible factors of the atypical and complicated clinicalcourse of dermatosis and planning of rational therapeutic and preventive measures forthese patients.Conclusion. Morar","doi":"10.24061/1727-4338.xix.3.73.2020.11","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24061/1727-4338.xix.3.73.2020.11","url":null,"abstract":"Postoperative eventration is one of the most dangerous complications in abdominalsurgery, in the occurrence of which there is a fairly high mortality, reaching up to 20%,and according to some authors - up to 65%.One of the many important factors that has a direct impact on the occurrence of thepostoperative eventration is intra-abdominal hypertension (HCV), which alwaysoccurs in acute surgical diseases and injuries of the abdominal cavity, postoperativecomplications and so on.If the role of IOP level in the development of the postoperative eventration is quite clearand predictable, then the duration of IHD and its degree remains completely uncertain.Studying the duration of HCV in the development of the postoperative eventration willprovide a better understanding of the etiopathogenesis of this complication and findways to prevent it effectively.The aim of the study was to study the role of the duration of intra-abdominal hypertension,depending on its degree, in the development of the postoperative eventration.Material and methods. 59 operated patients with malignant neoplasms of the colon, inthe II and III stages of the disease were studied.The main group consisted of individuals who had an eventration during the earlypostoperative period. The comparison group was formed by patients in whom eventrationdid not occur during the entire postoperative period. All patients were measured for IOPlevels measured through the bladder, with a frequency of 3 times a day.Discussion of the research results. The results of the study indicate the leading roleof the duration of VCHG in the development of the postoperative eventration. Thus,the development of postoperative eventration is characterized by a longer duration ofperiods of VCHG II, III and IV degrees and less - without VCHG and VCHG I degree.The role of the duration of the period of VCHG of the II degree is indicated, as thereis no probable difference against the periods without VCHG and with VCHG of the Idegree.Also, postoperative eventration occurs faster in patients with a longer period of VCHGIII and IV degrees and shorter periods without VCHG and with VCHG I degree. Forfaster onset of the postoperative eventration is characterized by the absence of a probable difference in the duration of the period of VCHG III and IV degrees compared to others.Conclusions. 1. In the development of postoperative eventration the leading role belongsto the relatively long periods of intra-abdominal hypertension of II, III-IV degrees.2. According to the statistics, every third inhabitant of the planet is infected with one or another helminth, often 2-3 or even more of their species. In Ukraine 400-600 thousand patients with helminthiasis are registered each year, which is 53% of all infectious diseases, 80% of the identified patients are children. However, based on sales of anthelmintic drugs, the number of infected parasites can be several times higher. Objective - to optimize the reduction of helminthiasis treatment cost by conducting a pharmacoeconomic analysis of the anthelmintic drugs use. Material and methods. In order to monitor the state of the pharmaceutical market of antiparasitic drugs, we analyzed 83 medical records of inpatients (children aged 1 to 14 years) for worm infestations and medical records of medical institutions in Chernivtsi. Results. According to the results of pharmacoeconomic analysis \"cost minimization\", it was found that in the age category of 1-2 years while using a suspension of «Vormil» and «Zentel», there was no significant difference in the price of drugs for the treatment course. «Angelmex» (45%), «Vormil» (35%) and «Zentel» (15%) are used in the age group of 2-6 years. In the age group of 6-12 years, the choice of drug depends mostly on the dosage form, in 20% of cases more often they choose chewable tablets, due to the more comfortable way of use, regardless of the drug’s price. In the second stage of the research, a pharmacoeconomic analysis of the dietary supplements use for the helminthiasis prevention was performed. The cheapest for the treatment course was «Phytoglistocide» in the form of capsules (126,83 UAH) and syrup (275,88 UAH), and the most expensive - «Vormil Phyto» in the form of syrup (444,6 UAH). Conclusions. According to the results of the conducted researches it has been established that enterobiasis remains the most widespread in the Chernivtsi region area. Albendazole group agents in the form of tablets and suspensions are most commonly used in these helminthiasis treatment. The reasons for this situation, according to experts, are low-quality epidemiologically dangerous water and low compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards. The problem of prevention and treatment remains relevant for almost all countries, including Ukraine. Objective to conduct a marketing analysis of the range of the domestic pharmaceutical market of antiparasitic drugs. Material and methods. A marketing analysis was conducted using structural, logical, graphical, systematic and content analysis of data from the State Register of Drugs. Results. The first stage of the research was to study the range of antiparasitic drugs represented on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine. It has been determined that in the pharmaceutical market, according to the State Register of Drugs of Ukraine, 22 names of anthelmintic drugs are registered. It has been established that the drugs, supplied to the domestic pharmaceutical market from every corner of the world, are 12 trade names, among which the leading positions in terms of supply are India and France (23% respectively). Antiparasitic drugs are presented in 3 dosage forms, among which the largest share are tablets 65.2%, oral suspensions 30.4%, the least in the pharmaceutical market are phytodrugs with antihelmintic activity (4.6%). The analysis of the registered antihelmintic drugs has shown that 95.6% of the study drugs are available by prescription. Conclusions. It has been found that the largest share of drugs are benzimidazole derivatives, which account for 47.8% of the total range of the studied drugs, the most common among anthelmintic drugs are dosage forms in tablets (65.2%).
