The five physical senses act as feed forward signals to the controller. It is shown that this system can obey the law of similars if the sensory organs exhibit a positive semi-sigmoidal or an exponential dose-response curve. Under this new light we see that most alternate therapies like the Homeopathy, Chromo therapy, Music therapy, Aroma therapy and Acu-therapies (puncture, pressure and touch) are but various special cases of a more general curing mode, namely the feed-forward compensation. It is also pointed out that the oldest medical systems of Siddha and Ayurveda use this principle as one of the modes of treatment.","PeriodicalId":121456,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on Information Sciences and Computing","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123570940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We prove that the resulting Petri net (ACPN) is a marked graph . In particular, we show that the algebraic conservative Petri nets associated with S 3 and S 5 has decompositions ={ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 }and ={ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ,... -84 } respectively, for the sets of places such that each block is both siphon and trap and hence the underlying directed graphs of these algebraic conservative Petri nets are Eulerian. Also we show that each of theACPN associated with these groups has a subset of places which are both siphon and trap such that the input transitions equal the output transitions and both of them equal to the set of all transitions of these algebraic conservative Petri nets and hence that the underlying directed graphs of these algebraic conservative Petri nets associated with S 3 and S 5 are Hamiltonian.","PeriodicalId":121456,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on Information Sciences and Computing","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130860097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper an attempt has been made to use simulation techniques to examine the variation associated with the backcalculation estimates of several key parameters of HIV/AIDS. As already mentioned in the previous chapters the backcalculation methodology has certain uncertainties associated it. Through the simulation study, an attempt has been made to quantify the extent of uncertainties due to the variation in the incubation period distributions and infection curves. Several incubation period distributions and infection curves have been used in the simulation study, which were described in the previous chapters and the results are reported with variation associated with some key parameters of the backcalculation estimates of HIV/AIDS.","PeriodicalId":121456,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on Information Sciences and Computing","volume":"435 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125459359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Always quality of website structure is based on its navigability, average number of clicks and structural complexity. The web tool PowerMapper is used to establish the sitemap for the website, path length metric is used to evaluate average number of clicks to get desired web page and web site structural complexity is determined with cyclomatic complexity. The quality of web site structure is measured in 10point scale and scale is formulated by considering various levels of website tree structure. The status of web site structure is determined in 10 point scale and the value suggests the improvement of the site structure.","PeriodicalId":121456,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on Information Sciences and Computing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122570182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
