First physical education makes a unique contribution to the development of the total person. It is the only area of the school curriculum that promotes the development in the psychomotor domain. Second a quality physical education program enhances the health and wellbeing of students. Students who are healthy can learn more effectively, have more energy to expend on educational tasks. One of the main objectives of a physical education program is to advance the general well-being of each student (Wuest and Bucher, 1995). Methods: The objective of this study  to assess the current status, challenges and the future prospects of physical education in the secondary schools of North Wollo zone. The sample consisted of 350 students and 7 physical education teachers drawn from three preparatory schools. The research methodology employed in the study was a descriptive survey. Questionnaires were the major data gathering instruments used in the study. Interview and observation were supportive data gathering instruments. Results: The results showed that students participation level and attitude towards physical education were low: high participation in physical education class and in different sport activities (97.35%), highly like to learn physical education class (21.17 %), high attitude towards physical education (13.23 %). Regarding to physical education curriculum: disagree on the existing curriculum of physical education satisfy needs of students (56.76 %), disagree on the contents of physical education can make you actively participate (57.35 %), instructional materials and facilities were adequate(strongly disagree, 52.64 %), the allotted time to physical education was not enough, physical education was not considered as basic subject. Conclusion: The findings show that students’ level of participation in physical education and in different sports and their attitude towards physical education was low in under study area. Instructional materials and facilities are the major factors for quality physical education in school. Moreover, it has been found that these ingredients were inadequately available in the schools under study. School facilities such as different play grounds, water to wash, different balls and different sport equipment were found to be insufficient. This study examined ecotourism potentials of the proposed HANP for sustainable natural resources management. Descriptive research design was employed to collect relevant data. Data were collected through primary and secondary sources. The findings showed that ecotourism potentials of the study area lie in three distinctive landscapes: Hallaideghe plain, Asebot Mountain and Bilen spring areas, as well as cultural and historical attractions. Sever grazing by livestock, deforestation, and inter-ethnic conflicts are detected as the major drivers of change in the area. Finally, introducing ecotourism is important strategic direction for sustainable management of natural resources for the proposed HANP and related protected areas in Ethiopia. The intangible experience is the level of satisfaction acquired by the tourists from traveling to a destination. The tangible experience is represented by the souvenirs they purchased for themselves or as gifts to friends and relatives. Souvenirs may sometimes be handicrafts, traditional products or luxury products. Souvenirs have become a central point to the tourist experience that represent the things they have seen, the places they have been, and the memories they have made. The potential benefits of souvenir sales are very essential for all tourist destinations.Nowadays, the souvenirs industry has become a very important supporting tool used to promote the tourism industry in all countries. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is the conceptual background of the study and its purpose is to understand the importance of tourist souvenirs as an essential component of tourism industry. The second part is the case study of the United Arab Emirates as it is a leading tourist destination all over the world and very famous for its unique souvenirs. All off twenty six (26) Handball players who was the only Handball training project team at Injibara town with age U-17 were conveniently selected and participated voluntarily in the research. Among those half of them were randomly selected as EG which specially prepared anaerobic training was applied and the rest were CG. Weight and height averages of U-17 EG and CG were similar which is 56.92 Kg and 57.77 Kg in weight and 1.68m and 1.71m in height respectively. Before training, PT of two groups of thirteen (13) players (IAT and TT of agility tests, VJ and SLJ tests of anaerobic power tests and 10m & 40m dash speed tests) were recorded. The anaerobic training were implemented on the EG twice a week, 35 to 40 min a day. Consequently after six weeks of anaerobic training, DT was taken in each parameter and a little improvement in each test results observed and training was continually given by increasing its intensity. After three months, posttest measurement on the same parameters was taken. The difference between the tests were analyzed statistically, with paired sample “t” test at P<0.05 Consequently it was observed that anaerobic training implemented on junior level players brought about significant improvements between pre and post test results of agility, in which duration to complete IAT and TT was decreased by a mean difference of 0.381 seconds at P=0.001 and 0.738 seconds at P=0.000. Speed in which duration of 10m and 40m dash speed test result was decreased by a mean difference of .1262seconds at P=.020 and .1293seconds at P=.010 respectively.. And power, in which height and length of VJ and SLJ test result were increased by a mean difference of .06m at P=.000 and 0.1161 m at P=0.000 respectively. As result the investigator recommended that adding anaerobic training on their Handball training program helps to improve players speed, agility and power. The researcher employed mixed methodology. Data are collected from primary and secondary sources through questionnaire, interview, document review and personal observation to make the study more reliable and vibrant. The finding reveals that, the hotel industry is one of the fastest growth sectors in Dessie and Kombolcha towns. But, nearly 84.1% of hotels are not touristic hotels. Even most of the hotels except few could not be able to render quality services though the number of national and international tourists flow has been increasing from time to time.  Regarding customer handling and level of customer satisfaction, 48.6% of respondents were strongly disagreed about the availability of good customer handling techniques in the sample hotels. The respondents also added that, except some hotels in Dessie and Kombolcha towns, most of them have critical problems of hygiene and sanitation. In general this study examines the difficulties faced by the hotel industry in the study area including the challenges faced by the tourists, workers as well culture and tourism industry. Hence, the regional government in collaboration with the zone culture and tourism department should invite more tourism investors to invest in the two towns particularly hotels investors and Problem related with hotel should solve promptly. The approach uses household domestic tourism expenditure as a response variable. The internet access of the household, whether a household owns a mobile phone, and /or at least one car or not are represented as proxies for information and transport accessibility, respectively. Other variables included to constrain household domestic travel budgets are yearly household income and household loan. The rest are demographic characteristics such as age and educational level of household heads. The empirical results show that relatively older and well educated household heads with higher earnings are prepared and willing to expend more on domestic tourism in Ghana. The results further show that, in Ghana, household loans are one of the major constraints of domestic tourism spending for medium and heavy spenders, but positively and significantly influence light domestic tourism expenditure households. Internet access, ownership of a car and mobile phone have no relation with the amount of money spent on domestic tourism in Ghana. For this purpose, it uses the Linear Almost Ideal Demand System (LAIDS) model (static and dynamic) to estimate price and expenditure/income elasticities for the study. The tourism goods and services include: accommodation; food and drinks; transport; recreation, culture and sporting activities; shopping; and other services. The uncompensated and compensated price and expenditure/income elasticities were calculated from the estimated parameters of the LAIDS model, static and dynamic. The results show that all own-price elasticities are negative and significant for uncompensated and compensated elasticities, while expenditure/income elasticities are positive and significant. The findings show that, by short-run, the demand for tourism goods and services in Ghana is price inelastic and expenditure/income elastic, and are normal goods and services.
