Proses produksi di IKM Tahu ini belum menerapkan standar Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) yang dikeluarkan oleh BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) dan belum memperhatikan keselamatan kerja karyawan seperti dalam pedoman Work Improvement In Small Enterprise (WISE). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil evaluasi kondisi aktual dengan pedoman GMP dan WISE masih banyak ditemukan penyimpangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan proses produksi di IKM yang dievaluasi menggunakan daftar periksa GMP-WISE. Daftar periksa GMP-WISE yang diperoleh memiliki 6 kriteria yaitu penyimpanan dan penanganan material/peralatan, desain tempat kerja, fasilitas kesejahteraan, organisasi pekerjaan, pengendalian proses produksi, dan program higiene dan sanitasi. Penilaian daftar periksa tersebut diperkuat dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan keputusan terbaik dari sejumlah kriteria pada daftar periksa GMP-WISE. Hasil dari penilaian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria program higiene dan sanitasi di IKM merupakan prioritas perbaikan proses produksi. Langkah awal penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan konsumen yang bertujuan mengetahui dan menjawab kebutuhan konsumen. Hasil identifikasi kebutuhan konsumen tersebut, digunakan untuk membangun House of Quality (HOQ). Berdasarkan House of Quality (HOQ), persentase bobot tertinggi yaitu ergonomis dengan nilai 100 %, dimensi ukuran sesuai dengan nilai 93 %, desain bentuk sesuai dengan nilai 87 %. Dengan prinsip ergonomis, dimensi ukuran sesuai dengan rata-rata postur tubuh masyarakat Indonesia, serta desain bentuk yang sesuai kebutuhan seperti mengatasi supaya jagung tidak berhamburan. Rancangan alat didesain bentuk corong, sesuai kebutuhan konsumen yaitu alat mudah, nyaman, aman untuk digunakan. Seperti pada sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Banten, biaya material handling pada tahun tidak sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki aliran proses yang berhubungan dengan material handling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode algoritma Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques (CRAFT) yang mempunyai konsep melakukan pertukaran antar departemen berdasarkan biaya material handling. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini antara lain biaya material handling, tata letak awal, frekuensi perpindahan barang, dan jumlah departemen yang tetap. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan perubahan tata letak yang dilakukan mampu mengurangi biaya material handling sebesar Rp. 298,320.00 dengan selisih jarak sebesar 26.400 meter. UD Kerupuk Sala mempunyai permasalahan yang sama dalam menentukan distribusi produk kerupuk yang mencapai 4 kwintal per hari atau 48.000 krecek (kerupuk mentah buah). Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari rute yang efektif dalam distribusi kerupuk dengan menggunakan metode saving matrix dam nearest neighbor. Pengolahan data dalam pencarian solusi penentuan rute menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Optimasi rute distribusi kerupuk mem­perbaiki dua rute yang telah ada.  Jalur distribusi UD kerupuk sala pada rute 1 menghasilkan jarak 66.06 km dengan biaya distribusi per bulan Rp.339.507. Pada rute awalan 2  mendapatkan jarak 59.82 km dengan biaya distribusi Rp.336.906. Perbaikan rute distribusi mampu menghasilkan penghematan se­besar 9% pada rute 1 dan 9,1% pada rute 2. Bisnis ini merupakan usaha informal yang baru berdiri sekitar satu tahun. Usaha ini awalnya dibentuk oleh empat orang fotografer yang berdomisili di Bandung dengan melakukan pemasarannya melalui media sosial yaitu Instagram. Usaha ini berencana melakukan pengembangan usahanya dengan membuat website yang akan digunakan sebagai media pemasaran, komunikasi dan media untuk melakukan pemesanan oleh para konsumennya, serta sewa bangunan yang akan digunakan sebagai kantor bagi para tenaga kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan usaha berdasarkan aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek finansial. Data pasar diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada penduduk Kota Bandung usia 15 – 34 tahun. Diperoleh pasar potensial sebesar 60,64%, pasar tersedia sebesar 45,74%, dan pasar sasaran sebesar 0,07% dari pasar tersedia. Analisis aspek teknis dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah tenaga kerja, peralatan, serta sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan dalam didirikannya usah ini. Hasil perhitungan finansial diperoleh nilai NPV sebesar Rp 289.803.474, nilai IRR sebesar 37%, dan PBP selama 2,38 tahun. Nilai IRR > MARR yaitu 10,99%, dan nilai NPV > 0, maka usaha ini dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan. A motorcycle tire manufacturing company has a production defect of 5028 during February 2018. This study aims to reduce the number of defective products in the green tire cooking process in the curing area. The methods used in this study are seven tools, especially Pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams and analyzed the cause is 5W1H. Of the six types of green tire defects, under cure is the most dominant factor (40%) that causes disability. The improvement in Pneumatic Problems which the problem of under cure is human factors, machinery, and the method of being able to reduce defects by 48% from 891 pieces in February to 463 pieces in May. One example of increasing effectiveness is by evaluating the performance of production facilities in the company. PT. X is one of the chemical industry companies whose main production is urea fertilizer. One of the supporting processes of the production process is the Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) in the utility unit. In supporting the production process, GTG often experiences problems that directly hinder the production process. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Gas Turbine Generators by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Manis Bakery UMKM itself does not have a specific plan for promoting mani bread. This study aims to design the marketing strategy of UMKM Manis Bakery based on the concept of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), and Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE). This research conducted at Manis Bakery UMKM with respondents chosen were business owners and respondents who bought bread at least once a week or more. Based on the results of the analysis that has done, the results obtained that the strength possessed by the Sweet Bakery UMKM are products without preservatives, bread has a soft texture, food that is not easy to expire, strategic company location and affordable prices. This study uses an approach with the HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) method to determine the value of the risk of potential occupational hazards and the level of risk of potential occupational hazards. The results obtained by using HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) obtained 26 risks classified by potential hazards, namely nine risks included in the high category (H), seven risks moderate category (M) and the remaining ten risks involved in the low category ( L). Some of the problems that occur in the quality of the gallon are leaky gallons, broken gallons, dirty water, dirty bodies, and mossy gallons. This study aims to determine the company's baseline performance as seen from the value of Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) and sigma level, identifying the causes of product defects. Discussions were carried out following DMAIC's steps on six sigma. Based on the results of data processing, it can see that the DPMO value is 662.46, and the sigma level is 4.84.
