And in order to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm, this paper introduces a variable step size method inspired by maximum correntropy criterion, proposes a variable step size distributed algorithm based on maximum correlation criterion (VSS-DMCC). In the method, chaos initialization strategy and mutation factor are introduced to improve the shortcomings of standard AFSA, so as to improve the global search ability of WNN parameters and overcome local convergence. According to the soft fault diagnosis flow of the designed analog circuit, the WNN model trained by improved AFSA is built. Firstly, the coordinated search task model of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles was established, and the main factors include flight distance, flight time and mission timing constraints. Secondly, taking advantage of the strong global search ability and fast convergence speed of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the search task type matching information was used as heuristic information, and the idea of conflict resolution is used to improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to the task search instance for simulation research.
