The recognition and detection of led instrument screen information is very important for a series of problems, such as the current LED instrument screen character information recognition is difficult, the detection is difficult, the screen tells the splash screen and so on. A screen character recognition detection method of LED instrument based on machine vision is proposed. Firstly, the character area of the LED instrument screen is recognized and located, and the minimum region containing character information is segmented, then the feature convolution operation is carried out, and the character feature pixel distribution is determined according to the convolution operation results. Finally, the segmented character features are recognized and detected. In order to improve the capability to fit various failure data, a number of extended forms of Weibull distribution have been proposed. In this paper, we will focused on the four-parameter Weibull distribution. It is difficult to estimate the parameters of fourparameter Weibull model accurately under limited failure data, but we can treat the parameter as a random variable and use the gamma distribution as a prior distribution to get the imprecise ones. From the view of impreciseness and Bayesian theory, we proposed a novel imprecise reliability analytical method named the Four-parameter Weibull-Gamma model which used for incomplete life data. The upper and lower bounds of the cumulative density function, the reliability function and the hazard function can also be obtained. Aiming at two cases that the hazard function is monotonically increasing or a bathtub shape, the experiments demonstrate the fitting effect of the proposed model, and the modeling capability of components or systems for different hazard function. In this paper, using the mathematical model with high prediction accuracy, a kind of usage prediction method suitable for many kinds of barrier-free service resources is verified. In order to better illustrate the content of the prediction method of this article, the accessibility service resource research object is marked as ‘Facility A’. Based on the randomness and time relevance of the use of ‘Facility A’ by passengers, using python to generate random frequency time series data on the usage frequency of ’Facility A’ in the past 60 months. The serial data is as the original data for method of study in this paper, regarded as real data as well. Autonomous vehicles are used in urban transportation to provide taxi service, which effectively reduces labor cost and realizes intelligent transportation systems. The vehicle system combined with 5G technology can quickly obtain traffic information, which provides a decision basis for the vehicle dispatching. Thus, it is necessary to develop an efficient way to distribute and allocate these vehicles to maximize the potential income for the system. This paper studies the vehicle dispatching based on the travel data from the 2016 New York City Green Taxi data and propose two dispatching methods. First, we consider the dispatching problem as a maximum weight value matching problem. Then a distance-based dispatching method is proposed with the goal of minimizing the waiting time of passengers by using the Kuhn and Munkres (KM) algorithm. Finally, we formulate the decision of vehicle dispatch with a Markov Decision Process (MDP) and introduce a Reinforcement Learning (RL)-based dispatching method, which combines RL algorithm and KM algorithm to solve the dispatching problem with the goal of maximizing long-term revenue of divers. In the experiment, KM algorithm is compared with the full permutation algorithm to prove the effectiveness of KM algorithm. The performance of the distance-based dispatching method and RL-based dispatching method are presented in a small-scale dispatching and a large-scale dispatching. Experiment results show that the total revenue of vehicles is improved by about 20% by using RL-based dispatching method, compared to dispatching method based on the distance. Thus, RL-based dispatching method is more effective in a dispatching platform. The enthalpy difference method is used to investigate the refrigeration ability and heating capacity of air conditioner. The temperature of the laboratory is controlled by three heaters, five chillers and motors. Due to the influence of equipment power and room size, the temperature control has the characteristics of nonlinearity and strong hysteresis. In this paper, the modeling method is used to get a better temperature curve. We got four temperature models, and choose two suitable control models through comparison. Finally, the laboratory model is determined by experimental data and the apropriate methods is adopted to control the temperature. In order to verify the advantages of the algorithm, this paper applies the adaptive sparse algorithm to the simplification of nonlinear memory polynomial power amplifier, and sets different simulation parameters and sparsity for practical testing. Specifically, the distribution, shape and size of the pores were characterized, and the related histogram about the pore length distribution was also drew. According to CFRP pore statistical data, MATLAB was used to build a random pore model based on random process theory. The random medium was highly improved by using the extreme value search method. Thus, a random void model was deduced, well matched with our experiment results. During the establishment of the model, to make it closer to the actual pores, such important parameters as roughness factor, partition length and autocorrelation function were analyzed, and the statistical data of actual pores were used to optimize the parameters. Finally, a strict one-to-one correspondence was built between the stochastic model and the actual situation about pores. On the basis of numerical simulation analysis, an intelligent flexible manipulator system measurement and control platform is built. Numerical simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is feasible. This topic takes the multi-flexible robot arm as the research object, and uses the method of PID fuzzy control fusion to suppress the elastic vibration of the flexible robot arm. The vibration during the operation of the flexible arm reduces its positioning and operation accuracy, and the vibration suppression effect of the flexible arm is not the same in different control algorithms. To solve the problem that contact measurement affects the structure characteristics and the setting of PID control parameters is not ideal in the vibration active control system, the vibration control is carried out by using machine vision technology to measure the vibration of the structure and combined with the PID optimized by artificial fish swarm algorithm [1].
