In view of the three major problems in the company's digital reform and construction, namely, \"difficulty in coordination\", \"difficulty in project approval\" and \"difficulty in construction management and control\", first of all, the overall implementation architecture of the information system inspection model is planned and designed according to actual business needs. Secondly, with the support of word segmentation technology, TF-IDF weighted word frequency sorting and similarity calculation, the five steps of realizing duplicate checking algorithm are constructed; finally, the algorithm is simulated and tested. Experiments have proved that this algorithm is feasible, accurate and applicable. It can better identify and quantify duplicate functions for all new projects of the company, and improve the efficiency and quality of rechecking work.","PeriodicalId":118664,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN) International Conference on Advances in Business Management and Electronic Commerce Research","volume":"275 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115432814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Determining the KANO type of influencing factors is of great significance for improving the service quality of fresh agricultural products e-commerce platform. In this study, LDA model is used to mine the factors that affect consumer satisfaction of fresh agricultural products from consumer review data on JD and other fresh e-commerce platforms. Using the idea of KANO model for reference, KANO membership function is constructed to analyze the KANO to which each factor belongs. The results show that price and fruit type are glamour influencing factors, taste, moisture, logistics, packaging and fullness are expected influencing factors, and freshness is necessary influencing factors. Finally, relevant suggestions on improving the e-commerce service level of fresh agricultural products are proposed for various types of factors.","PeriodicalId":118664,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN) International Conference on Advances in Business Management and Electronic Commerce Research","volume":"217 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122930690","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an effective way for companies to improve their management level and achieve better business results. More and more companies are aware of their management problems and try to solve them through management consulting. It is very common for large companies to choose management consulting, while small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) need more help for their own reasons. Many SMEs also choose to use management consulting to improve their management, but they have not achieved the expected results and misunderstood management consulting. Researchers have done more on the factors that affect the consulting effectiveness of large companies, but less research on the factors of SMEs. This paper collects first-hand information through interviews, conducts research on SMEs, and understands the reasons for the poor result of their management consulting projects. It is found that the selection of consultants has a great impact on the consulting effect, and the working methods of consultants, especially the depth of communication with the boss and employees, have a great impact on the consulting effect. I hope these conclusions can provide reference for more SMEs to choose management consulting services. However, due to the small number of samples in this study (only 2 companies and 8 interviewers are the samples), the results may not be representative, and the coverage of interview questions will also affect the analysis, which also needs to be strengthened.","PeriodicalId":118664,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN) International Conference on Advances in Business Management and Electronic Commerce Research","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128502500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the e-levy was introduced in May 2022 no empirical study has investigated how this policy can influence the adoption of mobile money services (transactions), especially when the vast majority of Ghanaians were against the implementation of the e-levy policy. Using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) as the theoretical framework, the study analyzed the data generated based on the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique utilizing the SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The results have demonstrated that the government electronic transaction levy (GETL) was negatively associated with the continuous adoption of mobile money transactions (MMT), performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions. Additionally, the study showed that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions are significant predictors of the continuous adoption of mobile money transactions. However, effort expectancy was not significant in driving the continuous adoption of mobile money transactions. The theoretical and managerial implications of these findings on the development and diffusion of mobile money transactions in Ghana are thoroughly dissected.","PeriodicalId":118664,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN) International Conference on Advances in Business Management and Electronic Commerce Research","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131413966","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Countries around the world are re-opening tourism after the Corona virus (COVID-19) global pandemic and therefore, managing tourism is crucial particularly in the area concerning enjoyment of national parks. Tanzania is endowed with many national parks and this study was motivated to explore enjoyment of national parks. The main objective involved exploring experiences and enjoyment of national parks with a pilot study of tourists at Mikumi National Park and specifically, analysing indirect experiences and enjoyment of national parks. The study area is Mikumi National Park in Tanzania while the unit of analysis was domestic tourists. This cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach had a pilot study sample of 50 domestic tourists. Tools of analysis used are descriptive statistics and Partial Least Square Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed a significant relationship between indirect experiences and enjoyment of national parks among domestic tourists (p=0.000). Hence, the implication of this study is for tourism stakeholders to consider these results as a guide on domestic tourists’ experiences and enjoyment of national parks. Future research can use a larger sample size within Mikumi National Park as well as apply quantitative and qualitative methods to enrich the understanding of domestic tourists’ experiences and enjoyment of national parks.","PeriodicalId":118664,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN) International Conference on Advances in Business Management and Electronic Commerce Research","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124447944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
