In view of the three major problems in the company's digital reform and construction, namely, \"difficulty in coordination\", \"difficulty in project approval\" and \"difficulty in construction management and control\", first of all, the overall implementation architecture of the information system inspection model is planned and designed according to actual business needs. Secondly, with the support of word segmentation technology, TF-IDF weighted word frequency sorting and similarity calculation, the five steps of realizing duplicate checking algorithm are constructed; finally, the algorithm is simulated and tested. Experiments have proved that this algorithm is feasible, accurate and applicable.
