Abstract

The COVID-19 virus is posing a serious threat to the world economy. Global economic activity, international trade, and investment activity particularly investment in securities traded on local and international financial markets were all being paralyzed. The indicators of the financial markets plainly showed the effects of this pandemic. Because of this, this research investigates how Covid-19 and specific financial market indices relate to one another. It ended with a list of recommendations and conclusions.
