In 1777, Maximillian de Stoll made the first description in the famous Vienna Clinic. Keen in 1891 performs the first resection. In 1978, Piehler and Crichlow wrote the first large CVB study demonstrating 5% survival (SV) in 5835 cases analysed). As early as 1931, Garretón Silva highlighted the high frequency of CVB when he described that in a series of 350 patients with acute cholecystitis, of them were affected by a malignant transformation. In most cases CVB is presented as an asymptomatic entity and only presents symptoms when there is advanced disease. The life forecast in all stages of the CVB is close to 5%. The average life in patients diagnosed incidentally is 26.4 months. The CVB can be 6 times more common in women than in men. The incidence increases with age and is diagnosed more frequently between the sixth and seventh decade of life.","PeriodicalId":118049,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Surgery","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130871871","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Opportunistic infections by these bacteria may occur when respiratory defense mechanisms are compromised by infection with a primary pathogen (eg, distemper, parainfluenza virus, or canine type 2 adenovirus in dogs, and rhinotracheitis virus or calicivirus in cats), other insults (eg, inhalation of smoke or noxious gases), or diseases such as congestive heart failure and pulmonary neoplasia. Secondary bacterial infections complicate the management of viral respiratory infections of both dogs and cats [1].","PeriodicalId":118049,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Surgery","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126960330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many of them, planning a child, try to make conception come, as soon as possible. But sometimes there are serious problems with fertility. Percent of women aged 15-44 with impaired fecundity in the USA is 12.1%. Infertility in a married couple is usually diagnosed if pregnancy does not occur within a year of regular sexual activity without the use of contraception. To identify the causes of infertility, both partners should be examined, since problems can be in men, women, and even in both (combined infertility). If pregnancy has not occurred even once, then talk about primary infertility. Secondary infertility is diagnosed if a woman has already experienced a pregnancy earlier (whatever it ends). There is absolute infertility due to defects in the reproductive system (surgical removal of organs and glands or congenital mal development) and relative, the causes of which can be eliminated by the forces of modern medicine.","PeriodicalId":118049,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Surgery","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114305357","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Approximately 75% of all abdominal wall hernias are seen in the groin [1]. Inguinal hernia is much more common in men than women. Although umbilical and femoral hernias are more common in females, indirect inguinal hernia is still a significant type of hernia in women [2]. Age is a factor, as incidence increases by age [3]. Indirect hernia is more common in young patients and direct hernia in the elderly.","PeriodicalId":118049,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Surgery","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115556347","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
