The model does not use the representation of the molecule local regions existence responsible for carcinogenic activity. Molecular descriptors determine the electronic and information properties of molecules in general. Representations of the physics of condensed states and methods of information theory are used to determine molecular descriptors. To assess the carcinogenicity of a chemical compound, it is sufficient to know its gross formula. A statistically significant relationship between molecular descriptors and carcinogenic activity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons has been established. The properties of molecules that limit the carcinogenic activity of molecules are considered. The model makes it possible to perform an express assessment of the carcinogenic activity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. To assess the carcinogenicity of a chemical compound, it is sufficient to know its gross formula. It is analyzed the interrelation between molecular descriptors and the physical properties (the first ionization potential of the molecule, the magnitude of the affinity energy, the energy of the most intensive electronic transition, the value of the pair intermolecular interaction, the electron-donor properties) of chemical compounds. Electronic and information descriptors are derived from various initial principles. However, it is established that the descriptors are closely related. Acharya Charaka says that there is no sadyarupa vyadhi (curable disease) that cannot be treated with shilajatu. The therapeutic values of shilajatu can be increased by undergoing bhavana (impregnation) like samskara with suitable drugs. So, to analyse the variations caused by samskara process, bhavana was given with gokshurakashaya for shilajatu and its effect in nephrotoxicity was evaluated. Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of shilajatu and gokshura kwatha bhavitha shilajatu in nephroprotective activity. Methods: Nephroprotective activity of shilajatu was checked on cisplatin induced renal damage in wistar albino mice. Animals were grouped into four categories and group specific drugs were administered for 10 consecutive days. On 8 day an hour after treatment with group specific drugs, Cisplatin20mg/kg was injected intra-peritoneally to all the groups except in normal control mice group. Nephrotoxicity was assessed by biochemical, antioxidant and histological changes in kidney after 72 hrs of cisplatin injection. Unani System of Medicine covers the nature and human body both, as it was evolved in the environment wherein entire of the scholars were pre-owned of philosophical approach. Then their philosophy was holistic and transcendentalist based. The basic blocks of Umoor Tabiya (Basic Principles) interact at many levels and manifest into Kaifiyyat (Mizaj), Akhlat (Humour), Arwah (Pneuma), Quwa (Potentiality for action) and Tabiyat (Physis, the regulatory faculty) which need to be comprehend for proper understanding of discharge of normal function in the state of health. Since, the predominance of metaphysics in understanding of physiological mechanism of human body needs reasoning and logic for their proper comprehension. Quwa are one of them. How it was perceived? What is the function? Why it is necessary? Which corporeal forms provide its existence? What is the relationship in between Quwa, Nafs and Hararat Ghariziya?
