Currently, many major cities in Indonesia, including Bandung, still face challenges in effectively handling fire reports. Therefore, this research aims to design a fire reporting system using the Waterfall method based on mobile technology, with a case study on the Fire Department (DAMKAR) of Bandung. This study proposes the Waterfall method as a structured and organized framework for system development. The Waterfall method enables sequential development phases, starting from planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, to testing and maintenance. In this research, mobile-based technology is used as a reporting medium, allowing the public to report fires quickly and accurately. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the design of an efficient and responsive fire reporting information technology system. Additionally, the Bandung DAMKAR case study can serve as a reference for similar system development in other cities. Another expected benefit is an improved response and rapid handling of fire reports, thereby minimizing material losses and human casualties.  It is hoped that the proposed system will help enhance the performance and effectiveness of DAMKAR Bandung in fire management. Furthermore, the findings of this research are expected to provide new insights to authorities in addressing fire challenges in major cities in Indonesia. Seen from its function, this pharmacy functions to provide medicines that the community needs to achieve good and optimal health. Herbana Pharmacy is still done manually, employees have to record drug data in a ledger, so it takes a lot of time. The data collection process at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy still uses manual methods and experiences many obstacles in data processing such as data collection, calculations and making drug stock reports. Because errors in drug data collection often occur, causing inconsistencies in the amount of drug stock data recorded in the drug supply book. To overcome this problem, the author designed a system that can help in collecting data easily and can simplify the drug data collection process. To build a sales system at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy, the author uses use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, normalization and hypo, while the implementation uses PHP and MySql. To be able to improve population data collection and its reports to higher agencies, namely sub-districts, steps are needed to develop a data management system. The aim of this research is to analyze the running system and design a computerized information system. The data collection methods used in this research are direct observation, interviews, literature, and analysis methods and system design using UML. The administrative service system in Lembangsari sub-district still uses ledgers to input data for letters that have been created. Searching for the letter file to be created is still experiencing difficulties due to the accumulation of files. Mail files that have been created are prone to being lost. The problem faced by PT Nikomas Gemilang regarding awarding is that it still uses the conventional method, namely in the form of a lottery, so it is considered ineffective and on target by employees who have high work motivation. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that is used for problem-solving in decision-making, especially awarding at PT Nikomas Gemilang. Making decisions using this system will assist management in determining which employees are eligible to receive awards based on predetermined criteria and to avoid intervention. The method used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) which solves a problem based on calculations with calculation reference criteria namely attendance, performance, ethics, and discipline. Implementation of this system is expected to facilitate the process of awarding and assist management in making the right decisions and is expected to be able to provide motivation and increase work competition in the corporate environment. The Decision Support System was built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MySQL database, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model, and the Waterfall methodology. Therefore, we need a solution to improve eating and drinking patterns so that the body remains healthy and avoids various diseases. The methodology used to design this application is the ADDIE method. This research aims to design an Android-based eating and drinking reminder application. Determining the proper ripeness of a fruit will play an important role in increasing the nutritional value and ripeness of avocado affects the quality of avocado oil. Classification of fruit maturity manually has many limitations because it is influenced by human subjectivity so that the application of digital image processing needs to be used.This study aims to classify avocado fruit ripeness which is divided into three categories, namely Unripe, Ripe, and Rotten. This research is intended to facilitate the classification of ripeness in fruit through its color. This study used avocado fruit as an experimental material which was carried out using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method.  The colors of the various avocados and in different positions and conditions of light contrast are used as data to classify the types of avocados. Data collection was taken from the selected Keagle Dataset of 150 data.  The data is grouped into two data sets, namely dataset-1 (120 training data and 30 test data) and dataset-2 (90 training data and 60 test data). One of the activities that can now take advantage of information technology is e-voting in the election of the chairman and deputy chairman of the organization. SMK Nurul Huda Petir has more than 200 students.  The democratic process of selecting the head of this school organization is still used manually. There will be many obstacles, namely data security risks, which will reduce learning time, and require large implementation costs. The problems that arose created an information system called e-voting. E-voting is a system for creating ballots, casting, counting, and displaying ballot results, and generating and maintaining audit trails electronically and digitally. This research aims to speed up, improve security, and reduce implementation costs in the process of election activities at Nurul Huda Petir Vocational School. The application development process-voting uses the method Waterfall with Unified Modelling Language (UML) for system design. System e-voting its build-based web with Framework Codeigniter and added an RFID sensor (Radio Frequency Identification). Apart from that, the contents of printed books owned by students and teachers have different contents. The author created an animated mathematics learning video using Doratoon by considering these problems. It is hoped that the video can be used validly, practically and effectively in elementary school mathematics lessons. Research and Development (R&D) methods were applied in this research. In this research, a 4D development model is applied which consists of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The link address used by teachers and students is the result of research from animated learning videos. The registration system implemented by KBIH Ibnu Aqil is still carried out by the congregation having to come directly to the foundation, this is felt to make it less easy for the congregation to find out information regarding the details of the registration process, the costs incurred and also the departure schedule related to the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah. Furthermore, the process of creating the registration report takes a long time, because it is still done manually by recording it in stages. Therefore, with these problems, a web-based registration information system is needed to overcome problems in the current system, this aims to facilitate registration and dissemination of information. The research method used was direct observation and interviews with the admin and chairman of KBIH. Meanwhile, the software development method used is the waterfall method and the application creation uses CodeIgniter as a PHP framework, and the database uses MySQL.
