Sinar Abadi Gas Cooperative is currently developing a web-based information system to expedite and facilitate savings and loan transactions. In this research, the team is using the research and development (R&D) method to develop a savings and loan application that will utilize PHP programming language and MySQL database. The team will create three types of users within this system, namely the admin, chairman, and members. They will have access to several prepared forms, including login forms for the admin, chairman, and members. Additionally, there will be customized main pages based on each user's role. The staff and member data forms will be used to manage cooperative member information. Furthermore, there will be a transaction form for savings and loans. These data will be used to generate member reports and loan reports. Cooperative members will also be able to apply for loans through the loan application form. After the application is submitted, the admin or chairman can utilize the confirmation form to follow up on the request. With this web-based cooperative data processing system, PT. Ketinting is a type of traditional boat that uses a motor propeller and is placed at the back in a position immersed in the water as a driving force to run the boat using diesel fuel, and is often found in various areas, especially the North Kalimantan region. Ketinting boats are usually used as a means of transportation to move places via river routes, and are usually also used by fishermen as transportation to find income in the form of fish. This animation tells the story of the life of a computer student who has parents who work as fishermen. This animation tells the problem of how difficult and expensive it is to get diesel fuel and then the students find a solution by using technology that uses solar energy as a substitute for diesel fuel. The animation creation process consists of pre-production, production and post-production using dialogue and music as support. The patient service process is still relatively conventional and less effective and efficient in the process of patient registration, reporting, and data collection. Management of patient examination history data is also still carried out manually. Based on this, solutions are needed in overcoming existing problems, it is necessary to have a computerized system so that information runs quickly and accurately. The method is the waterfall with Unified Modelling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP with a Mysql database. The purpose is to determine the proposed system, design and implement a web-based patient service information system at the Independent Practice of Midwife Lia Yulianingsih. Mariyam located at Serang currently managed by children of Hj. Mariyam. It is a well-known tourist attraction since 1970. The main dish in the shop is milkfish satay which is always high demand by customers as they still continue to use the original recipe formulated by Hj. Mariyam. The overall sales process still performed manually from taking the order directly on the spot until payment in cash. This process have drawbacks, mainly the reduction of customers due to switching to sellers who already have easier transactions such as online transactions where it can be done anywhere and anytime, as well as problems caused by the incompatibility of the amount of sales with the amount of money in reality. This can cause losses if the calculation is carried out periodically. Another problem faced is the difficulty in the reporting process because it requires a longer time to recap all transaction and still rely on paper. The proposed system design method is waterfalls method, with the modelling use Unified Modelling Language (UML). The proposed system consider mobile-based system using Android.
