Akhter","doi":"10.52700/scir.v4i1.109","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52700/scir.v4i1.109","url":null,"abstract":"Teachers' performance in universities is considered to have a strong impact on student's learning, and they also play an important role in educational achievement because the teacher is ultimately responsible for putting educational policies and ideas into practice during interactions with students.The study was conducted to investigatethe practices, levels, and factors of teacher teaching performance that are affected by workplace bullying conditions. A questionnaire tool was used to collect data about the teacher performance for the study. Data were obtained from 665 University teachers and the students of BS and Master level students from Southern Punjab universities of Pakistan by using the multistage sampling technique.The proposed objectives were evaluated by using SPSS. The Frequencies, percentages, mean score, standard deviation, independent sample t-test and Correlations were applied.The findings of the study indicated that gossip and rumors spread, reminders of faults, and ignoring of faculty members from officials' duties are practiced at a high level in the universities. Thirty-three percent of teachers perceived severe levelsof workplace bullying. The performance of teachers decreased when the workplace bullying situations increased and the workplace bullying-free situations helped the teachers to teach and deal with their students and colleagues in better ways.The study is crucial since student views of their teacher's teaching performance in Pakistani institutions are lacking. There has been relatively little study done on students' perceptions of teacher performance as a result of workplace bullying. It provides great insight for organization how to manage employees effectively with consideration to internal brand building. Secondly this model presents more appropriate and comprehensive way to determine organizational benefits. The cross-sectional study design with development of survey questionnaire to collect the data. The data was collected from CSR department of Telecommunication companies. The results shows strong support for the model and all the hypothesis were in support except the partial mediation of one hypothesis. This means the validation of model used for this research. The study contains both theoretical and managerial implications which contribute towards its soundness. Theoretically this study provides a more comprehensive and integrated view of EBBE and its benefits. Along with this also enriches the literature in this area of marketing. This study models the maximum practices of EBBE under one umbrella. Looking towards its managerial implications it provides help the management to analyse and understand the factors that influence the employee. This also provides a wider picture of benefits that are result of successful implementation of this model. On the basis of this model the management can make decisions and take initiatives to the employee’s perception towards the branding and their positive impact in brand building. Failure to prevent the intrusions could degrade the credibility of security services, e.g. data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Numerous intrusion detection methods have been proposed in the literature to tackle computer security threats, which can be broadly classified into Signature-based Intrusion Detection Systems (SIDS) and Anomaly-based Intrusion Detection Systems (AIDS). Network security is vital for any organization connected to the Internet. Rock solid network security is a major challenge that can be overcome by strengthening the network against threats such as hackers, malware, botnets, data thieves, etc. Firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems are used to protect the network. The firewall can control network traffic, but reliance on this type of security alone is not enough. Attackers use open ports such as port 80 of the web server (http) and port 110 of the POP server to infiltrate networks. The Intrusion Detection System (IDS) minimizes security breaches and improves network security by scanning network packets to filter out malicious packets. Real-time detection with prevention using Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) has elevated network security to an advanced level by strengthening the network against malicious activities. In this Survey paper focuses on Classifying various kinds of IDS with the major types of attacks based on intrusion methods. Presenting a classification of network anomaly IDS evaluation metrics and discussion on the importance of the feature selection.
