Various embedded systems require DSP (Digital Signal Processing) to process information & FPGA to control the peripheral devices. UART (Universal Asynchronous Receive Transmit) is designed in FPGA & connected to DSP so as to meet the real time capability of system along with compact, stable & reliable data transmission. In this paper we propose a software-implementation technique of an UART to get a platform independent UART-core for high speed serial communication in FPGA. These modems operate at symbol rates of 2400, 2800, and 3360 baud with associated number of bits per symbol of 7, 6, and 5 respectively. The performance of ADPCM is studied considering these modems with different constellations. The data of registration of parameters of tidal gravitational factors including fluctuations of the barycenter in Earth-Moon system in different geophysical fields was presented for the first time. It was given the estimation of the amount of changes in the stress-strain state of the geological environment under the resonances influence.
