This study aims to determine the content of bioactive compounds contained in the petiole by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrophotometer (GCMS) method. Preparation of ethanol extract of petiole using maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent. The study used gas chromatographic tools and mass spectra which were evaluated using MASSLAB program. The data obtained from the GCMS machine is then analyzed using the NCBI database pubchem software (https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). The results of this study indicate that the content of bioactive compounds on the petioles of buasbuas more than 50 libraries contains about 150 species of compounds with a range of RT and% area respectively 4.684 to 28.155 and 0.16 to 15.56%. The content of bioactive compounds shown this data indicates that very large potential of buasbuas plants to be explored and exploitation as a nutritious plant. The results of this study can be used as the foundation in the development program of the potential utilization of bioassemblance of buasbuas plants. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk melihat morfologi permukaan karbon aktif yang akan dijadikan filter pada proses penjernihan air. Morfologi permukaan karbon aktif tempurung kelapa dan kayu bakau dilakukan pada suhu pemanasan 500oC, 700oC dan 900oC menggunakan SEM EVO MA 10 dengan perbesaran objek 5000 kali. This robot is designed to help people in the fire fighting in the fire accident. This robot has 3 ultrasonic PING sensors that are placed on the front, right and left as a distance detector to regulate the movement of the robot and a flame detector sensor that is placed on the front as a fire detector. Robot also has 2 work modes that are manual mode and automatic mode. Manual mode is a mode where the movement of the robot is ordered to use the remote bluetooth with 7 meters of maximum distance, while the automatic mode is the mode where the movement of the robot fully using PING ultrasonic sensors. From the results of fire detection testing, the robot is able to detect the presence of fire less than 20 cm, in that position the robot will stop and turn on the fan automatically. Melihat kondisi seperti di atas, perlu dipikirkan alternatif bahan bakar yang lebih murah dan selalu dapat diperbaharui. Harga bahan bakar murah, jika harga bahan baku yang digunakan untuk membuatnya murah dan banyak tersedia di pasaran, dan cara atau teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengolahnya sederhana. Secara ekonomis, menggunakan briket akan lebih hemat dibandingkan menggunakan bahan bakar lain. Untuk medandapat kualitas briket yang baik diperlukan pembuatan briket yang sesuai dengan komposisi sehingga briket yang dihasilkan akan baik, penelitian ini melakukan pembuatan briket dari ampas kelapa sebagai bahan utama. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut didapat bahwa FAC > Ftabel , FBC > Ftabel , FABC > Ftabel dengan hasil H0 ditolak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi karakterisasi nanokristal selulosa hasil isolasi dari tandan kosong sawit. Tahap awal yaitu isolasi α-selulosa dari tandan kosong sawit (TKS) melalui proses dilignifikasi dengan menggunakan HNO3 3,5 dan NaNO2, kemudian peoses pulping dengan NaOH 17%, dan pemutihan dengan H2O2 10%. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu isolasi Nanokristal selulosa dari α-selulosa dilakukan dengan hidrolisis asam, yaitu dengan menggunakan asam sulfat 48,84%, yang kemudian didialisis hingga diperoleh nanokristal selulosa. Nanokristal selulosa yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi gugus fungsinya dengan menggunakan FT-IR, dan kemudian analisis morfologi dan ukuran dengan menggunakan TEM. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang begitu pesat selama beberapa dekade terakhir. Dunia perancangan arsitektur baik itu di bidang profesional maupun di bidang pendidikan arsitektur tidak luput dari pengaruh teknologi digital. Teknologi digital telah menggeser metode tradisional dalam dunia desain arsitektur walaupun pada faktanya masih ada beberapa arsitek atau desainer yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Hal ini disebabkan dengan menggunakan teknologi digital proses perancangan arsitektur menjadi lebih efisien dan mudah. Disamping itu dengan menggunakan teknologi digital dalam proses desain arsitektur juga memungkinkan arsitek atau desainer untuk bereksplorasi terhadap bentuk-bentuk geometri yang tingkat kompleksitasnya lebih tinggi. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang begitu pesat, komputer tidak hanya digunakan sebagai media untuk menghasilkan produk gambar atau mempercepat proses desain saja (komputerisasi) , akan tetapi komputer sudah berperan aktif dan dijadikan bagian dalam proses perancangan arsitektur (komputasi).
