In this paper, a MLC algorithm named ML-PLS is proposed, which is based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression. In detail, as PLS can handle the relations between the matrices of independent variables and dependent variables through a multivariate linear model, when PLS is directly used for MLC, the matrix of dependent variables is set to include the information of the label memberships and the labels of dependent variables can then be predicted through the multivariate linear model. The index system for power plant steam turbine safety evaluation and the detailed evaluation contents of index were also built. The improved asymmetric trigonometrical whitenization weight function was used to calculate grey membership and the feature vectors of assessing safety were got by Analytic Hierarchy Process method. To avoid some susceptible information to be lost or neglected a special classification rule was applied to determine the safety level of steam turbine. Firstly, based on the basic principles of the imaging process, the circuit model of display system and its sub-scan system was abstracted and established. Then we proposed performance analysis of the scanning transmission, and defined key indicators of system performance. Finally, we made a performance comparison among different specific scanning models. The communication system transmits signal securely and effectively to the upper computer system for our references, and concurrently, accurately executes commands from upper computer system on lower computer system. Based on the GPRS wireless technology and took SCM as the core of whole system, this paper designs the lower computer system and completes the bidirectional communication. The SCM not only sends the digital voltage data acquired and packaged after A/D conversion, but also accepts the commands from upper computer system to control and set the work pattern. Then the data can be returned through a unified interface by extracting aircraft product development and related information from the traditional PLM systems. Finally a visualization platform and interactive interface to visualize the aircraft product development information come into being. Combined with the development process of an aircraft the feasibility of this method can be verified. Multi-core processors are usually designed in shared memory architecture and tasks on different cores run concurrently. The communication between tasks must be performed consistently, which means the access to shared communication buffer (or resource) should be atomic. Many mechanisms have been proposed for this purpose, e.g. wait-free and lock-based. However, different mechanisms show different performance on system schedulability and memory overhead. So, it would be a good choice to combine these mechanisms together, i.e. to protect different resources with different mechanisms. This is a variation of bin-packing problem, which is NP-complete. We propose a heuristic algorithm to select the communication mechanisms with minimum memory requirements executing within the time constraints. Through the research of Battery-powered equipment composed by the CC2530 and MSP430, we provide a practical way to extend the working hours of the equipment, to reduce the power consumption and to save the overall cost of the system from both software and hardware devices optimized.
