And then, these work packages are distributed to different organizations of the research and development team for collaborative work. Hence it's reasonable to identify the design and manufacture data in the Configuration Management System by the identification code which based on the Work Breakdown Structure. At the same time, property code based on Organization Breakdown Structure is available to reflect the organizational characteristics. That is what the double-view means. For this reason, an intelligent lighting control system, combining ZigBee with GPRS is put forward in this paper. It can not only reduce the system cost, but also greatly enhance the performance of the system. Based on the deep analysis of smart lighting, the design idea on dimming LED Street light by CC2430 outputting PWM is presented. The MW-SVM algorithm is adopted in embedded network video monitoring system to improve video image quality. Firstly, the principle of MW-SVM algorithm and the structure of network video system are introduced briefly. Then, the system hardware structure, software structure and working principle are analyzed. Finally, the test images and parameters, including PSNR, MSE and ISNR, show that this system is reliable, stable and extensible. The implemented control structure consists of a conventional controller in parallel with a FNN. The former is provided both to guarantee global asymptotic stability in compact space and acts as a sliding surface to guide the states of the system towards zero. The output of the conventional controller is used to update the parameters of the FNN. The output of the FNN gradually replaces the conventional controller. The adaptive learning rate makes it possible to control the system without priori knowledge about the upper bound of the states of the system and their derivatives. An appropriate Lyapunov function approach is used to analyze the stability of the adaptation law of parameters of FNN. Sufficient conditions to guarantee the boundedness of the parameters are derived. To enhance the exploration ability of DE, a hybrid method of simulated annealing and stochastic variable neighborhood search are incorporated. To improve the search diversification of DE, a population restart method based path relinking is applied to replace non-promising solutions.
