Particularly affected was the automotive industry, where the departure of foreign firms caused an unprecedented drop in production. In an effort to prevent crisis effects in related sectors, the state is forced to take countermeasures, but there are no clear plans for the further development of the automotive industry yet. The current situation is not yet perceived as a final break with the usual foreign partners. The deteriorating economic situation in the world and the interest of European firms in cooperation with Russia leaves hopes for the easing of sanctions and the restoration of the previous conditions of activity. Sanctions are perceived primarily as a threat, although in reality they open up new opportunities for the revival of the national technologically independent auto industry. However, in practice, the realization of such opportunities requires the organization of complex long-term intersectoral planning and the development of industrial international cooperation with friendly countries on new principles.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. It consists in the fact that the cooperative, firstly, carries out economic and financial activities as a business structure and uses managerial labor to organize production processes at its enterprises and bring manufactured products and goods to consumers, meeting the needs of shareholders, and, secondly, it is an association of cooperative members who are in In accordance with the principles and values of the International Cooperative Movement, we must take part in its activities. The expansion of the social base of cooperation – the number of shareholders – is achieved by the organizational work of specialists of the management staff of the Chairman of the Council. It does not have a direct impact on the results of the cooperative organization's activities, but it has a significant indirect impact on them. Currently, in most district and regional cooperative organizations, work with shareholders is not carried out due to the lack of specialists who are able to promote the ideas, principles and values of cooperation, inform them about the forms and effects of participation in the activities of the cooperative, that is, to conduct educational work among both shareholders and the non-cooperative population. The solution to the problem of such a deficit is seen in the need to improve cooperative education by adding professional disciplines to the curricula of specialties and areas of training in higher and secondary professional educational organizations. In the course of the research, methods of reviewing literature sources, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis were used. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of managerial work in consumer cooperation due to the dual nature of cooperation. The objectives of the study include the characterization of managerial labor; demonstration of the place of organizational labor as an integral part of managerial labor due to the dual nature of cooperation; the author's formulation of the definition of organizational labor in consumer cooperation; justification of the need for professional training of specialists who are carriers of organizational labor in educational organizations of consumer cooperation.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. In the middle of the last century, in the process of developing the territories of the Far North and the Arctic Circle, facilities were built, which at the end of the 20th century were simply abandoned, military facilities, fishing villages, trading posts were abandoned. Currently, interest in the north is being renewed, a small part of the objects is being restored, but most of the objects have lost their relevance, their restoration is practically meaningless, they are subject to demolition and dismantling. This has led to a significant increase in requests for state contracts for demolition and dismantling of real estate in the northern regions of Russia. However, many of them do not find performers, which is due to the peculiarities of the implementation of contracts in the regions of the North. The authors identified these features and suggested ways to improve the contracting system in the area under study.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. The factors hindering the development of the local electronics industry and integration into the global semiconductor value chain, the basic redistribution of the electronics industry, have been identified. The available technological and production capabilities of Russia and China in the field of electronic industry are considered. Potential conflict points between the two countries have been identified. It is concluded that when creating new regional value chains of electronic products in collaboration with friendly countries, it is necessary to reach agreements either on the delimitation of their segments between participants, or on quotas for the production of the similar products to reduce competition and increase the efficiency of interaction.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. The state systematically carries out various measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, including implementing concessional microcredit programs. The purpose of the study was to assess the scale and quality of the implementation of the «Program of concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses» at the regional level – in the Bryansk region. The authors analyzed the dynamics and structure of the portfolio of concessional loans issued to small and medium-sized economic entities in 2019-2022. state microfinance organizations. Factors affecting the effectiveness of lending technologies and support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Bryansk region were analyzed, weaknesses were identified and ways to optimize the process of preferential lending to small and medium-sized businesses were proposed. The recommended measures should be implemented at both the national and regional levels. It is proposed to allow microfinance companies to engage in other activities (production, trade) to increase the ability to issue preferential loans due to profits received from additional activities (national level). Regions should improve the awareness of entrepreneurs and receive feedback on concessional microcredit programs.","PeriodicalId":114770,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development.
