The goal is achieved by determining the characteristic properties of the wave process in a cable line when tested with high direct voltage of negative polarity during field experiments and verifying these results on a mathematical model. The calculated data array on the verified model is the main volume of primary information for creating a library of images of insulation breakdown. The most important and significant results are the creation of a library of images of insulation breakdown and the adaptation of the algorithm for approximating input data with images from the neural network library, the integration of artificial intelligence into the process of determining the location of defective insulation at the test stage. The significance of the results is to reduce the methodological and instrumental error in determining the damage zone, since all stages of data collection and analysis are performed by a functional module built into the test unit, in addition, the calculation is performed automatically, which minimizes the role of anthropogenic factors on the result and reduces the requirements for the personnel of the electrical laboratory, the introduction of such equipment will reduce complete the time of elimination of the accident and increase the speed of restoration work on the route of the line.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of artificial intelligence techniques as a fraud detection mechanism that can effectively and efficiently detect credit card fraud and identify fraudulent financial transactions. The data was acquired from 100 respondents across the accounting and finance industry and analysed using SPSS. Researcher analysed the data using regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and reliability analysis. Findings revealed that the three artificial intelligence techniques machine learning, data mining, and fuzzy logic have a significant positive relationship with credit card fraud detection. However, fuzzy logic was discovered to be the least utilized by experts due to its low accuracy/precision in comparison with machine learning and data mining. Based on these findings, our study concludes that the application of artificial intelligence techniques provides experts with better accuracy and efficiency in detecting fraudulent transactions. Therefore, it is recommended that fraud examiners, auditors, accountants, bankers, and organizations should implement and apply artificial intelligence techniques in order to spot anomalies faster and identify fraudulent financial transactions effectively and efficiently.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In our work, we examined how the above factors affect the success of students' learning activities in different forms of organizing the activities of the study group. Two main forms are considered: distance learning and full-time. The study allows us to trace the role of sociopsychological factors affecting the transformation of the aggregate subject of activity in the context of digitalization of education. The study involved two groups of university students. The first group: students of 1-4 courses, who have a distant form of organizing the activities of a group of 60 people. The second group: students of 1-4 courses, who have a full-time form of organizing the activities of a group of 60 people. The total sample size was 120 people. Methods used: Study method motivation learning at the university T.I. Ilyina; Test - questionnaire \"Motivation for success and fear of failure\" by AA Reana; Methodology studyingI social and psychological self-assessment of the team of O. Nemov; Questionnaire for the diagnosis of the ability to empathy. The research carried out confirms the proposed assumption that the form of organization of the group's activities significantly affects the success of its educational activities. Therefore, we can say that students with a full-time form of organizing activities are more successful in their educational activities than students with a distant system, since they strive to a significant extent to gain knowledge, master a profession, achieve success, and be within the team. to share his interests, to maintain friendly and comradely relations with each other than students with a distant form of organization of activities, who strive to be outside the team, since they may regard their classmates as potential competitors who can hinder the achievement of success in their educational activities.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It shows how these constructions are de-scribed within the formal-grammatical, textual, stylistic, logical, comparative and communicative approaches; and the correlation between ellipsis and syntactic anaphoric zero qualification is given. The second part of the article is devoted to the statistics of different types of elliptical sentences based on the established basic models of elliptical sentences in questionand-answer dialogue unities of the modern English language communication. The author identifies five structural models of elliptical sentences in the question-answer dialogical unity of the modern English language. They are: one-member elliptical interrogative and answer sentences with noun, pronoun, adjective and adverb as a key component; one-member elliptical sentences with functional parts of speech as a key component: an elliptical question presented by question words, conjunctions; and elliptical answers in the form of conjunctions, interjections, prepositions. Then come one-member elliptical answer yesand no-sentences; two-member elliptical general and special questions with direct word order; two-member elliptical answer sentences with the incomplete structure of the predicate and also two-member elliptical interrogative and answer sentences with represented members.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study found that resilience is a basic component of the psychological security of the personality of future specialists in the transport industry and ensures their psychological well-being. The analysis of the results revealed significant differences in resilience, value-semantic sphere, and styles of self-regulation of behavior among students of departmental and civil universities. According to the results of correlation analysis in the studied samples of students and cadets, significant connections between the studied phenomena were established. Based on the conducted research, it can be argued that situations of adverse effects of various factors of the external and internal environment on a person contribute to the formation and development of resilience, which directly affects the regulatory processes of the body. Resilience, life-meaning orientations, and styles of self-regulation of behavior determine social behavior and are the basic components of the level of psychological security of future specialists in the transport industry.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analysis of the formation and development of modern materials on the problem of freedom of conscience and religious organizations in the sociolegal literature is presented. Protestantism laid the foundation for the idea of freedom of conscience, i.e., the religious freedom of the individual in the context of human rights. Avtorami suggests an interpretation of the definition of “conscience” and “freedom of conscience” through the prism of religion as the right of believers and analyses the current Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the CIS “On freedom of conscience and religious organizations” in the context of state-religious organization relations. Conscience as an ethical category has a purely personal character, expressing the inner spiritual and psychological \"I\", a sovereign spiritual phenomenon from the political and legal spheres of civil relations. The authors identify the problematic points in the regulation of relations between the rights and freedoms of believers to religion and associations in the legal acts of the country.","PeriodicalId":11445,"journal":{"name":"E3S Web of Conferences","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"57935775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
