The object of this study is safety risk management, which is the main tool of the aviation safety management system. The problem that needs to be further solved is the improvement of aviation risk management methods under war, force majeure, and crisis conditions, as well as under conditions of uncertainty, when there is a minimum of time to make a single correct decision. The theory of situational management can be chosen as the theoretical basis for creating decision-making systems. The development of special languages for describing the situation arising at the control object, as well as in its control system, makes it possible to correctly represent the models of control objects and the evolution of knowledge about them. The work solves the task of building a model of the control object, which takes into account the maximum number of its features suitable for implementation. In order to represent the management object based on the method of expert assessments, the weighting coefficients of the risk characteristics’ probabilities and the values of the weighting coefficients of the degrees of severity were calculated, a matrix of risk assessment indicators was built, and risk assessment criteria were developed. Based on the calculations, general approaches to aviation safety risk management were specified. The paper developed a «dramatic script» of an episode of aviation security risk management, which includes the stages of the episode, the content of necessary actions, the corresponding stages of aviation security risk management and the corresponding aviation security risk management. The object of research is media planning of digital advertising campaigns. The problem is the lack of a holistic scientific and practical approach to the process of media planning of advertising campaigns in the digital environment. The main criteria for the systematization of digital advertising have been identified, and the relationship between its types for the purposes of media planning was substantiated. Based on the comparison of pricing models and key metrics of digital advertising, the digital sales funnel was substantiated as the basis of media planning. The connection of goals and objectives of digital advertising campaigns with digital marketing strategies was proven, with appropriate advertising tools and digital marketing tools suggested. The project approach to media planning of digital advertising campaigns was substantiated. This made it possible to detail goals and tasks for each stage, to highlight the components of media planning. The quantitative result of the study is a fragment of the media plan of an online store of an enterprise that specializes in the production and sale of branded clothing. It has been proven that the media plan is part of the process of preparing a digital advertising campaign. Therefore, it cannot be considered in isolation from other components of this preparation and further implementation of the advertising campaign. The need to use other digital marketing tools during digital advertising campaigns was substantiated. This, due to the synergy effect, could contribute to increasing their predictive efficiency. This method is centered on analyzing speech signals to classify distinct emotional states. The primary challenge addressed by this research is to accurately perform multiclass classification of seven human psychoemotional states, namely joy, fear, anger, sadness, disgust, surprise, and a neutral state. Traditional methods have struggled to accurately distinguish these complex emotional nuances in speech. The study successfully developed a model capable of extracting informative features from audio recordings, specifically mel spectrograms and mel-frequency cepstral coefficients. These features were then used to train two deep convolutional neural networks, resulting in a classifier model. The uniqueness of this research lies in its use of a dual-feature approach and the employment of deep convolutional neural networks for classification. This approach has demonstrated high accuracy in emotion recognition, with an accuracy rate of 0.93 in the validation subset. The high accuracy and effectiveness of the model can be attributed to the comprehensive and synergistic use of mel spectrograms and mel-frequency cepstral coefficients, which provide a more nuanced analysis of emotional expressions in speech. Conventional thickening devices have a steam heat supply system, which leads to overheating of certain layers of raw materials and prevents the mobile properties of the apparatus under the conditions of significant execution of organic properties of raw materials. The introduction of apratur-technological solutions could provide the competitive advantage of the reactors by heating the film-like emitting electric heater using a mixing device with a heating surface. Increasing the total area of heat exchange to 1.24 m2 (prototype – 0.98 m2). There is a decrease in specific heat consumption by 20 %, specific metal capacity by 47 %, and the duration of the process by 30 %. We have determined rheological properties in the thickening of the organic polycomponent composition of the paste at a temperature of 55 °C and a shift rate within 3.0…4.5 s-1, effective viscosity is in the range of 22...3.5 Pa·s. In this case, the kinetics of boiling in an improved reactor are by 27 % smaller than that in the basic structure R-P-150m. According to organoleptic indicators, the composition \"B\" has a pleasant harmonious taste of all components. The results of the studies are relevant for practical implementation in the temperature range from 35 °C to 55 °C. The hardware and technological solutions form the competitiveness of mobile reactors for the thickening of plant semi-finished products under conditions of elimination of the steam component and an increase in the surface of the heat exchange of the mixing device. An analysis of methodological approaches and mathematical tools used to process and interpret the uncertainty of measurement results was carried out. Cases where they may not be effective due to high noise levels were considered. To detect anomalies in the signal, an algorithm for assessing the reliability of measurements using fuzzy logic was proposed. A structural diagram of the model for measuring the torque of an electric motor under the conditions of a noisy signal was developed, where transfer functions were used to model the angular velocity and torque parameters. A method for detecting anomalies in noisy signals is presented, which identifies the amplitude and time characteristics of spiking pulses. The method includes the application of a wide range of analytical tools for deep analysis of signals and is particularly effective for detecting anomalies that may be hidden in background noise. A prototype of a measuring bench was developed, which uses neural networks to detect anomalies when measuring the rotational parameters of electric motors, which made it possible to obtain a training sample using a sample electric motor and apply it to evaluate the parameters of another electric motor. In a practical aspect, the developed methods and technological solutions for improving the reliability of measurements of rotational parameters of electric motors could be used to make corrections in existing systems. This defines economic freedom and entrepreneurial culture as the most priority criteria for the transparency of enterprise development by vector and rank direction. The relationship between economic freedom and entrepreneurial culture as strategic dominants of the transparency of enterprise development was substantiated. The set of structural and logical subsystems of transparency of development, which are interconnected and functioning, taking into account the specifics of their impact on the strategic and analytical support of enterprises, has been studied. The variability of the strategic dominant influence of economic freedom and entrepreneurial culture on the transparency of the development of enterprises was formed using the hierarchy analysis method. The research object was buckwheat grain. An urgent technological problem is the preservation of biologically valuable components of buckwheat during technological operations and optimization of the existing technology for the production of buckwheat groats. The expediency of using plasma-chemically activated aqueous solutions as an intensifier of the technological process of production of buckwheat groats and an effective groats disinfectant has been experimentally proven. It is shown that the use of plasma-chemical activation of technological solutions allows reducing the temperature and accelerating the course of hydrothermal treatment of buckwheat grain. The composition of buckwheat grain as a raw material was analyzed. The obtained buckwheat groats were studied separately. A reduction in tempering time from 6–10 to 2 h and a decrease in the optimal moistening temperature from 60 to 40 °C were recorded. This allows preserving a number of biologically important components in buckwheat grain. The groats yield increases from 68 to 74 %, i.e. by 1.9–6.0 %. The preservation of the maximum number of amino acids is observed, namely, 7.7 % more than in the control. That is, only 2 % is lost during technological processing, instead of 9.7 % in the control sample. The vitamin composition also remains stable and almost does not decrease in terms of B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, K, E, PP, R. In addition, plasma-chemically activated solutions qualitatively disinfect grain raw materials during processing, which has a positive effect on further storage of buckwheat groats. The technology can be applied in the industrial production of high-quality buckwheat groats. The challenge addressed in this work was to improve the synthesis of controllers for such systems to simplify it and enhance the quality of transition processes. Traditionally, the synthesis of control system loops for these systems was carried out using integer controllers and standard forms. However, this approach led to the synthesis of complex integer controllers that are difficult to implement. To overcome this issue, an original approach to the synthesis of control system loops based on the fractional characteristic polynomial is proposed. The fractional characteristic polynomial ensures the desired quality of the transition process given the implementation of a specified structure of the fractional controller. A new method of structural-parametric synthesis of fractional-order controllers is developed for the case of their cascade connection in multi-loop two-mass electromechanical systems. Additionally, an algorithm for synthesizing fractional-order controllers for the corresponding control loops is presented. This enabled the structural-parametric synthesis of fractional-order controllers for a two-mass electromechanical system with the cascade connection of controllers. Such an approach provides better quality of transition processes compared to classical integer controllers, simplifies the synthesis, and thereby enhances the quality of the synthesized systems. The impact of the synthesized fractional-order controllers using the proposed approach on the dynamic properties of the two-mass «thyristor converter – motor» system was investigated. The subject of the research is a method of decision making in management tasks using the walrus flock algorithm (WA), an advanced genetic algorithm and evolving artificial neural networks. A method of finding solutions using an improved walrus flock algorithm is proposed. The research is based on the walrus flock algorithm for finding a solution to the object’s condition. Evolving artificial neural networks are used to train walrus agents and an advanced genetic algorithm is used to select the best walrus agents. The method has the following sequence of actions: – input of initial data; – WA numbering in the flock; – determination of the initial speed of WA; – display of WA along the search plane; – preliminary assessment of the WA search area; – classification of food sources for WA; – sorting of the best WA individuals; – an update of WA positions; – WA migration; – checking the presence of a predator; – checking the stop criterion; – escape and struggle with predators; – checking the stop criterion; – training of WA knowledge bases; – determination of the amount of necessary computing resources, intelligent decision making support system. The originality of the proposed method lies in the placement of WA taking into account the uncertainty of the initial data, improved procedures of global and local edge taking into account the degree of noise of data on the state of organizational and technical systems. The subject of the study is the decision-making process in management problems using the Emperor Penguin Algorithm (EPA), an advanced genetic algorithm and evolving artificial neural networks. A solution search method using the improved EPA is proposed. The study is based on the EPA algorithm for finding a solution regarding the object state. Evolving artificial neural networks are used to train EPA, and an advanced genetic algorithm is used to select the best EPA. The method has the following sequence of actions: – input of initial data; – setting agents on the search plane; – numbering EPA in the flock; – setting the initial velocity of the EPA and thermal radiation of each EPA; – calculation of the position of each EPA on the total search area and its cost; – approach (attraction) of the EPA to another EPA; – changing in the trajectory of EPA movement; – selection of the best individuals from the EPA flock; – ranking the obtained solutions and sorting them; – training EPA knowledge bases; – determining the amount of necessary computing resources for an intelligent decision support system. The originality of the proposed method lies in setting EPA taking into account the uncertainty of the initial data, improved global and local search procedures taking into account the noise degree of data on the state of the analysis object. The method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of data processing at the level of 13–17 % due to the use of additional improved procedures.
