Aluminum was used as a substrate. It demonstrated the advantage of easier removal process of electrodeposited nanocrystalline nickel from its substrate. Whereas the use of high-purity nickel anode was intended to replace nickel ions, which decreased during electrodeposition. Different peak current densities of 450, 750 and 1000 mA/cm2 were applied. A pulsed current was set at a similar pulse pattern of on-time and off-time of 1 ms and 9 ms respectively. The shorter on-time demonstrated the ability to limit ion deposition, which was related to the formation of finer grains. The off-time arrangement was targeted to ensure that the ion mobility had completely stopped. Higher current density demonstrated a dominant impact on deposits, generating a higher nucleation rate that is related to depositing nanocrystalline nickel. A peak current density of 1000 mA/cm2 produced grain sizes in the nanoscale regime.\u0000Without any additional additive, nanocrystalline nickel was successfully yielded. Investigation of grain size obtained from the 1000 mA/cm2 has been conducted by extracting full width at half maximum peak intensity (FWHM) revealed from X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) exhibited consistent results of 22 nm and 25.4±3.4 nm, respectively. It is also evidence of the significant role of pulsed current density. The study solved the problem of comprehensive evaluation of change in the technical condition based on Harrington’s desirability function.\u0000The essence of the results is as follows. A scale of desirability was built and a set of criteria for assessing the technical condition of vehicles was clarified. A general desirability index is proposed as a convolution of partial Harrington desirability functions. When solving the investigated problem, the characteristics and properties of the partial and generalized Harrington’s desirability function and their graphical representation were taken into account.\u0000Using an example of the technical condition of the chassis and braking system of vehicles, a set of controlled parameters was formed. Based on the values of the controlled parameters, the regression equation of the partial Harrington desirability functions was obtained.\u0000The value of the weighting coefficients of each of the criteria was determined and the generalized desirability function was calculated.\u0000As a result of the study, it was established that if the generalized criterion of desirability is D<0.37, then individual nodes, systems, and units of the vehicle are in a pre-accident condition, if 0.37£D£0.63 – in a satisfactory condition, and if D>0.63 – in a good condition and cannot be the cause of a traffic accident.\u0000An applied aspect of the results is the implementation of the technique of comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle. This causes an increase in the productivity of the expert (specialist), will shorten the period of the auto technical examination, and improve its quality. A feature of the improved cooking apparatus is the elimination of intermediate heat carriers, ensuring mobility, and increasing the heat exchange surface. Additional heating of the stirring device increases the total heat exchange surface by 0.23 m2. The elimination of the steam component made it possible to install the device on a moving platform, thereby ensuring its use in small confectionery workshops.\u0000A method of jam production with the introduction of pre-dried fruit and berry raw materials and subsequent boiling in a sugar syrup solution is proposed. A feature is preliminary drying of raw materials in a vertical cylindrical IR dryer to 25...35 % SR at a temperature of 40...55 °С, grinding to 1.0...3.0 mm, with subsequent addition to sugar syrup. Boiling of the jam mass with the introduction of plant ingredients was carried out in the temperature range of 50...60 °С in the improved mobile design of the cooking apparatus to the content of 60...75 % SR, within 10...15 minutes. The set duration of output (620 s) to the stationary mode of cooking the jam mass at a temperature of 55 °С in the improved design of the cooking apparatus, which is 30 % less. The introduction of a stirrer design with a heating surface increases the usable heating surface by 0.23 m2, while the cooking time for jam, for example, is reduced by 26 %, and the specific heat consumption is reduced by 1.34 times. As a result of the application of effective forms, methods, and means of information security risk management based on international standards, a risk management mechanism was developed. The risk assessment process of transport systems has been systematized. This allows business entities in the transport sector to determine ways to prevent and counter information threats and challenges in their activities, both when designing and operating systems for providing transport services.\u0000Verification of the devised methodical approach to information security risk management was carried out on an example of the taxi company «Taxifay N». Threats and challenges of the company’s information system were evaluated by an expert method. Based on the results of the analysis of expert risk assessment, it was found that the concordance coefficient (0.86) confirms the high level of agreement of experts’ opinions. As a result, the company’s information security risk management program was developed. The effectiveness of the program was assessed by the efficiency ratio, which was 0.64. When manufacturing sheet parts by bending from a completely elastic sheet, its shape is completely restored after the deformation stops, unlike an elastic sheet. Thus, when producing cylindrical parts by drawing between three rolls, the resulting radius of the cylindrical part will be larger than the calculated one. This phenomenon is evaluated by the coefficient of springing – the ratio of the calculated radius to the one obtained after partial expansion.\u0000When manufacturing conical parts, this approach cannot be applied, because the value of the radius is variable. The article applies the theory of surface bending from differential geometry. The curvature of the line on the surface has two components - normal and geodesic. When the surface is bent, the normal component changes, while the geodesic component remains unchanged. The magnitude of the normal component depends on the angle between the origin of the cone and its axis. So, for a cone with a base of radius R and an angle of 20°, the normal curvature is 0.94/R, and the geodesic curvature is 0.34/R. For cylindrical parts, the geodesic curvature of the cross-section (circle) is zero, so it is not necessary to take it into account.\u0000Usually, adjustment of rolls for the production of conical parts is carried out experimentally. The difference of the proposed approach lies in the elimination of this problem thanks to the decomposition of the curvature of the base of the cone into two components. This allows to calculate the settings of the rolls and thereby reduce their adjustment time. The parameters of the rolls and their mutual placement are calculated for the production of conical parts of the required size, taking into account their springiness. This paper suggests a methodology that takes into account the appropriate amount of profit and the accumulated amount of royalties in the commercial use of innovative technology. The necessity of taking into account the viability of the transfer of innovative technology as the beginning of its new life cycle was substantiated. The possibility of formalizing this process in the form of an assessment of the sum of the present values of all projected cash flows, taking into account the eligibility criterion and the barrier rate, has been established. We propose an approach, which, unlike the existing ones, consists in allocating a certain period of viability of innovative technology transfer in the life cycle of technology. It is argued that based on the results of technology renovation, it is possible to assess the economic effect of its transfer due to the benefits of implementation and achievement of licensing activity by expanding the number of licensees. We substantiate the possibility of generating profits and royalties to the licensor as the amount of investment that can and should be directed to the development of a fundamentally new or improved technology in relation to the previous one. The transition to a new technology causes an increase in the overall technological level and leads to the formation of a technological gap between the S-shaped life curves of technical systems and, in parallel, forms a new S-shaped curve of a new technological system based on new knowledge. An economic and legal approach to the development of a methodology for determining the economic effect or viability of innovative-level TT was implemented. In this article, the object of study is a time series. The total number of User Datagram Protocol (UDP) packets has reached 250242. According to analysts, the growth trend of traffic, including real-time applications, will continue and the volume of data will grow, which may lead to the formation of packet queues when processed by network devices. In this case, there may be losses in case of long queues. To solve this problem, a power spectrum assessment was carried out. The AR maximum entropy estimator has been shown to be more sensitive than the auxiliary Fourier estimator.\u0000Accounting for non-stationarity by spectral methods is possible only through estimation in a sliding time window. Nine diagrams of spectral-temporal analysis of the original series, its increments, and the mixed series of increments were obtained: with default parameters, with small and large windows. Diagrams related to the original series reflect the dynamics of changes in data transmission intensity in the network; they show higher temporal resolution, indicating the presence of high-frequency components (noise) and the presence of low-frequency components (trend). Diagrams with increments describe signals of periodic components; changing the length of the window did not reflect the presence of noise or trend signs. Diagrams with mixed increments show that frequency components are uniformly distributed. The uniqueness of this work lies in the real measured data, and a distinctive feature of the obtained results is the visual examination of the complex traffic structure, allowing for the resolution of the investigated problem. The subject of the study is the dynamics of patenting in the automotive power plant industry, associated with the need to harmonize the trajectories of technological development with global trends in energy efficiency and manufacturability, in order to ensure sustainable economic growth. Patenting in the industry is considered in the following areas: gasoline engines, diesel engines, hybrid cars, electric cars, hydrogen cars. The relevance of this study is determined by the general desire of society to innovate through the latest tools and the introduction of systemic measures to comprehensively address the problem of increasing energy efficiency and reducing air pollution caused by road transport. The paper analyzes the statistics of patents registered in the world, examines patent activity and trends in the patenting of technological advances in the automotive industry from 2010 to 2022. In the industry of gasoline and diesel engines, hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles and hydrogen vehicles, the current work investigates through systematization and analysis of important aspects of patenting statistics and innovation dynamics. For the period of 2017–2022, the average increase in the number of registered patents per year compared to the previous period was found to be 1.37 times higher for the area of \"hybrid vehicles\", 1.3 times higher for the area of \"electric vehicles\", and 26 times higher for the area of \"hydrogen vehicles\". The subject of the study is the area of compromise in the processes of organizing multimodal delivery based on the agile approach.\u0000The term «compromise area» is introduced, which reflects the numerical limits of product parameters in the general case. For the transportation domain under consideration, the «trade-off area» reflects the limits of the characteristics of multimodal delivery, which is the «product» for the multimodal operator.\u0000A set of alternative options for multimodal delivery forms the basis for establishing the dependence of the cost of delivery on time and its reliability (possible time deviation). The area in the «time-reliability-cost» space, which is formed on the basis of this dependence, on the one hand, and the requirements of the cargo owner, taking into account their possible adjustment, on the other hand, is the area of compromise. This area is proposed for use in agile approaches to the organization of multimodal delivery. Balancing the interests of the cargo owner and the multimodal operator allows changing the limits of the compromise area within the framework of the proposed scheme of agile cycles in the process of planning and organizing delivery.\u0000On the example of delivering a container with cargo from China to Kyiv, regression linear models were built. These models formalize the dependence of delivery cost on reliability and/or time. Telenyk","doi":"10.15587/1729-4061.2024.298476","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15587/1729-4061.2024.298476","url":null,"abstract":"The object of the study is the IOT system for monitoring the state of objects.\u0000The problem being solved is the development of an innovative method of detecting and correcting data transmission errors in the networks of Internet of Things systems.\u0000The essence of the results is that a method of detecting and correcting multiple transmission errors during byte-by-byte transmission of a block of information has been developed. The method is distinguished by an original coding scheme, which involves the calculation of control bits, as well as the shuffling of block bits by performing bit shift operations. The peculiarity of the method is that any bit can be distorted when transmitting a code word, but it belongs to different code combinations of the Hamming code. This allows multiple data transmission errors to be detected and corrected during decoding, and multiple errors of different bytes belonging to the same block can be corrected.\u0000Simple algorithms for encoding and decoding procedures have been developed, and programs for information block encoding procedures and decoding procedures with error detection and correction have been developed. A software model of the data transmission channel was also developed with the possibility of introducing multiple errors when simulating the data transmission process. All programs are developed in Python, although other languages are possible.\u0000An experiment was conducted using the developed software model of the data transmission channel. The efficiency of the developed method has been experimentally confirmed and it has been proven that its use increases the immunity of the data transmission channel. This is due to the fact that the developed method allows detecting and correcting all code word transmission errors with a multiplicity from 1 to 8, which was confirmed experimentally.\u0000The main field of use of the developed method is considered to be IoT system networks.
