This article aims to shed light on part of the core of this issue, highlighting the context of people with disabilities (PCDs), and their particularities regarding the Laws, struggles and social debates that have been fought for the effectiveness of their inclusion in the world capitalist. This research is justified by the need to clarify possible questions that have not yet been answered on the subject, especially those involving possible problems regarding the relationships between people with disabilities and their employers. The methodology used in this study is that of a bibliographical review, mainly of scientific articles, arranged both in physical and digital collections. The results achieved are that the writings gathered here can help in forming a conviction that the inclusion of PCDs in the labor market is gradually being conquered, especially with a view to multilaterally celebrated employer agreements, as well as, with the debates, Decrees and Laws, substrates which, together, provide the best understandings to subsidize those whose dominant social role is to employ PCDs. Originally this study was published in printed format, in the UNORP Journal (vol. 7, p. 117-129, year 2004), under the title The Fight Club Movie: a Triadic Paradox in the Light of Freud's Thought. Since then, the film work analyzed has become extremely studied by other researchers and revisited by the various traditional media and streaming media. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a need to strengthen the digital repositories of the State University of Minas Gerais, Frutal Unit, with impact studies on imagery content, thus allowing better conditions for access to students to the teaching materials of remote classes during social isolation. In this way, we adapted the writing to the postulates of the new spelling that became effective in 2011, as well as, as far as possible, revised and updated some items of the discussion in the paper. Finally, it is worth remembering that in our text there were and still are points of contact with the works Totem and Tabu (1913/14), The Ego and the Id (1969), and The Malaise in Civilization (2002). Chronologically, the project developed in two stages, between 2019 and 2020-2021. Methodologically, at the beginning, the Project was carried out on an itinerant basis, outlining methodological strategies for the development of activities planned during the period of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The actions took place at UEMG – Frutal, and in municipal schools, using technological platforms such as Google meet in a combined way. Through Facebook and Instagram, courses, competitions, job selections and videos on human rights were disseminated.
