This article aims to shed light on part of the core of this issue, highlighting the context of people with disabilities (PCDs), and their particularities regarding the Laws, struggles and social debates that have been fought for the effectiveness of their inclusion in the world capitalist. This research is justified by the need to clarify possible questions that have not yet been answered on the subject, especially those involving possible problems regarding the relationships between people with disabilities and their employers. The methodology used in this study is that of a bibliographical review, mainly of scientific articles, arranged both in physical and digital collections. The results achieved are that the writings gathered here can help in forming a conviction that the inclusion of PCDs in the labor market is gradually being conquered, especially with a view to multilaterally celebrated employer agreements, as well as, with the debates, Decrees and Laws, substrates which, together, provide the best understandings to subsidize those whose dominant social role is to employ PCDs.
