Bank Indonesia is one of the central banks that provide regulatory stimulus to maintain the stability of the banking system in the form of financing relaxation policies or waivers in customer financing installments. It is hoped that the level of health of the national banking can be well conditioned. This research aims to find out whether the restructuring policy that has been programmed by the government has been effective. This research was conducted at a state-owned bank in the Madiun Residency. The method used in this study was a simple regression analysis using the help of SPSS Version 26. The results of this study show that the restructuring policy programmed by the government has been effective. It is proven by the improvement of problematic NPLs after the restructuring, where previous debtors had difficulty in paying their obligations. Restructuring of state-owned banks can be carried out in several aspects, namely reducing interest rates, unemployment of credit interest arrears, reducing principal arrears, extending the term, taking over debtor assets, and converting loans into temporary capital.","PeriodicalId":11384,"journal":{"name":"Die Medizinische","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76591807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was conducted on consumer goods industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Stock Trade in 2016 – 2019 employing a purposive examining procedure. (Dechow, Kothari, & Watts, 1997) found that earnings have a better ability to predict future cash flows than operating cash flows themselves. Another study conducted by (Dahler & febrianto, 2007) utilizing numerous straight relapse models found that operating cash streams for the current year have a better ability than profit in anticipating future working cash streams for both bunches of companies that have positive and negative benefits. Utilizing the same model, this study concludes that earnings have a better ability to predict future cash flows than cash flows themselves. However, cash flows still have a significant ability to predict future cash flows. To win the competition, it is important for a company to build customer loyalty. Several studies that have been conducted have found a significant relationship between brand experience and brand innovation on brand loyalty. Apart from the many studies examining the effect of brand experience and brand innovation on brand loyalty, inconsistency of results is still found where there is a group of researchers who find that there is a significant effect between brand experience and brand innovation on brand loyalty and there are other groups of researchers who find no significant effect between brand experience and brand innovation on brand loyalty. To fill this gap, this study will use the brand trust variable as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study was to further investigate the relationship between brand experience and brand innovation on brand loyalty with the brand trust variable as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method to analyze the data. Almost all banking performance indicators experienced a significant decline. This condition also applies to PT. Bank ABG Tbk (ABG Bank) . To mitigate the risk of losses arising from bank business activities, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) since January 2004 has required every commercial bank to implement risk management effectively. This study aims to determine whether the application of risk management at Bank ABG is proxyed by the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) for operational risk, the ratio of Non Performing Loans (NPL) for credit risk and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) for liquidity risk. , has a significant effect on the profitability of ABG Bank which is proxy by the ratio of Return on Assets (ROA). This research is a case study, using quantitative methods with secondary data sourced from the financial statements of ABG Bank for 2018-2020 which are accessed directly from ABG Bank. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.
