In the body of humans various kinds of cancer has been detected, after going on many researches. Among all these, bone cancer is the one which will spread more widely, because of this it will leads to death. There is no anticipation for the bone cancer, therefore the bone cancer detection is more critical. Nowadays, methods like data mining and the image processing methods are utilized for the most of the studies in the process of medical image analysis. Many scientific researchers have been predicted the data, related websites and the collection of knowledge from the large databases. There are many methods used in the approaches for bone cancer detection and classification like supports vector machines, Association rule mining and fuzzy theory. In this approach of segmentation k-means will be utilized for segmenting the bone regions. In further processes for bone cancer detection the segmented image will be used by the mean intensity evaluation of the area identified. To check whether there is a presence or absence of bone cancer in the medical images that is for the classification process threshold values are used. This approach can be used for jpeg images, CT scan images. The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the most cutting-edge areas of potential use, since it paves the way for the networked linking of hitherto unrelated physical things and systems. When comparing WSNs to mobile ad hoc networks, however, limiting battery capacity is the biggest issue. As a result, there has been much study devoted to finding ways to cut down on the power that WSNs use. One of the many methods to reduce the WSNs’ energy consumption is the development of a hierarchy clustering algorithm. This research improves upon prior work by establishing a threshold limit for cluster head selection while concurrently adjusting the power level across the nodes in the current low adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) clustering procedure. The proposed approach LEACH protocol improves upon the current LEACH protocol by increasing throughput by 67% and increasing the number of still-alive nodes to 1750 rounds, both of which may be leveraged to increase the WSN’s lifespan. The proposed antenna consists of a radiating square slot with two orthogonally positioned perturbations acting as stubs, two rectangular slits on the ground plane, and a triangle - shaped cut in the radiating slot. When any one of the ports is given excitation, the antenna displays LHCP/RHCP. The simulation results suggest that the proposed antenna achieves dual circular polarization with an impedance bandwidth (-10dB) of 34.85% and wide axial ratio bandwidth (ARBW) of 43.10%. As a result of limited land and increasing population, the land space is unable to meet our needs, posing a significant challenge. In comparison to current road vehicles, flying cars are an emerging technology with several features. The need for this emerging technology is essential because numerous traffic incidents take place daily. This paper presents numerous data, benefits, and drawbacks pertaining to both flying automobiles and conventional vehicles. Although this will go faster than ordinary road cars, its price is significantly more. It assists in easing traffic congestion. The flying automobile is given a well-maintained system to enable effective traveling. The primary goal of flying car is to alleviate traffic congestion by lowering the volume of traffic on the roads and reducing the chances of traffic accidents. There is a need to make sure that there are safety precautions in this, which reduce the consequences of air collisions, have preventative elements inside the car, and most importantly, have a parachute in a flying car. To address this, preventative policies are urgently needed. The transistors count per IC also increases according to Moore’s law to speed up the process. The power consumption of IC is more due to huge transistors count. Digital circuits are one of a major part in ICs. There are varieties of method discussed to reduce the power consumption of digital circuits. Few are using less operating voltage, clock gating, multiple voltage levels and etc. In this paper we suggested to reduce the power consumption of digital circuits in IC by directly getting the equivalent CMOS circuits instead of standard cells. By this method, we can reduce the required transistors count for digital circuits design. The IoT has offered secure data transfer in any technology platform. According to WHO, around 10 billion people face false diagnoses and treatments yearly due to a lack of medical records maintenance. An advanced IoT-based secure medical records-sharing application design performs in this research work. The proposed method verifies on the python 3.7.0 software tool. The medical records are nothing but MRI scan reports, CT scans, ultrasound Scans, and all other diagnosis reports. Fraudsters have sometimes hacked the physical sharing of the following documents. The internet of things is most prominent and secure in data transfer applications. The IoT sensors have collected information directly from scanning devices in binary or image format. The collected information is loaded to local servers and later stored on the central server. After this, data is monitored by a doctor with proper authentication using secure keys. The designed application has attained a sensitivity of 98.23%, an accuracy of 97.23%, a recall of 98.28%, and a detection rate of 97.91%. The implemented application is beneficial to researchers and doctors for easy treatment. This concept addresses the drawbacks presented in other EV architectures due to challenges faced during the safe operation of battery packs. However, designing a self-charging system for EVs is a feasible solution to overcome issues related to charging and discharging of the battery pack. To charge the battery pack, a novel single-rotor, double-winding motor design is proposed in this project. The novel motor is designed by concentrating both the generator and motor armature windings on the same rotor. The novel motor design generates the required output voltage at its rotor based on winding technology, which does not require any additional charging circuits for the EVs. However, a bidirectional DC/DC converter with a battery management system is used to operate the battery at safe limits and reliably. Additionally, the capabilities of multi-criteria decision-making techniques are enhanced with the use of Fuzzy logic. The purpose of this research was to assess the efficacy of the FAHP strategy in the hospital setting. In this research, we used the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct a comprehensive literature review, omitting consideration of temporal considerations in favor of a focus on input and output criteria, finding that the technique has the widest applicability to questions of quality of service and positional awareness but relatively little use elsewhere in the health service. The effectiveness of a piezoelectric cantilever beam to capture vibrational energy is significantly influenced by its geometry. This research proposes an unconventionally shaped MEMS-based energy harvester. The energy harvester has a rectangular cantilever construction with a triangular tip as its main structural element. The simulation findings demonstrated that the new cantilever structure can create greater stress than the triangular and rectangular structures while also improving the stress distribution. COMSOL Multiphysics is used to model the proposed construction. The energy harvesting device is modelled as a rectangular cantilever with a triangular form at the tip using the piezoelectric deployment mode. It is also utilised to examine the Energy Harvester’s mechanical and electrical behaviour. In order to calculate the mesh deformation and to optimise the thickness of the piezoelectric layer, the moving mesh application method is employed. Results from simulations of a rectangular beam with a triangular-shaped tip made of stainless steel as the substrate and lead zirconate titanate (PZT) as the piezoelectric material were obtained. The cantilever’s dimensions are calculated to be 27000 mm by 3000 mm by 200 mm. The outcomes are contrasted against triangular and rectangular shapes. According to the simulation results, the new cantilever structure may create more stress than the triangular and rectangular structures while also improving the stress distribution in the same circumstances. An output voltage of 6.4 mV and a deflection of 100 nm are obtained for a thickness of 200 m.
