Sudden variations in fog, snow, lighting, smoke, rain, etc. are challenging conditions for the supply chain. While normal radars and cameras will work fine in most driving situations, vehicles may malfunction in some edge cases and in situations where accidents are more likely to occur. Numerous car accidents happen in mountainous areas and on ghats because it is unable to see the road well due to strong fog, smoke, and even smog. So, the suggested system can be used to solve this issue. When a person, animal, or vehicle enters the proposed system in a risky manner, it may result in an accident, hence it offers accident prevention before it happens a warning.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126368218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An experimental analysis is performed to check the effectiveness of such an approach with the help of the data present in the MQTT dataset. Federated learning approach is suitable for the IoT platform as IoT devices tend to contain less computing power. But a consequence of this is that the networks can contain malicious nodes which send wrong updates to the model decreasing its accuracy. We propose the introduction of verifier nodes into the system which verify the given updates sent by a node and check if it actually increases the accuracy of the model before appending it to the global model. The extent to which the malicious nodes impact the accuracy of the model and the remedy provided by the introduction of verifier nodes is also studied in this paper.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128014250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, the drill path sequence optimization has attracted considerable attention to reduce the processing cost. Consequently, researchers have proposed the use of newly modified algorithms, hybridized as well as classical standalone evolutionary algorithms. In this study, a recently developed Discrete Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization (D-TLBO) in the domain of the TSP is proposed for optimizing the multi-hole drill path sequencing problems. To examine the performance of the D-TLBO two multi-hole drill test problems with 14 and 158 holes are used and the results are compared with the best available solutions from the literature. A D-TLBO algorithm has shown the ability to efficiently search for the optimal solution in a discrete space and a comparative study also confirms that the algorithm performs better than existing evolutionary algorithms.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125718175","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis of Microarray gene expressions and protein interaction data facilitates early cancer identification. The accurate prediction of information for thousands of genes is made possible by using DNA microarray technology. Protein-Protein Interactions (PPIs) are the crucial protein activities involved in the cell cycle that replicates the DNA and cellular signaling. Determining whether a pair of proteins interacts is crucial for diagnosing an illness in molecular biology is therefore important. In existing machine learning classifiers have two-class problem that is limited and only be used to solve binary class problems, additionally, they can be prone to overfitting, as the classification framework may also become too specialized to the training data and not generalized to the varied data. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes an ensemble machine learning technique; ensembling combines the strengths of both classifiers that allow more robust and accurate framework. The better combination of both Support Vector machine and Naïve Bayes ensemble provides better performance in terms of various performance parameters. The proposed SVM-NB Ensemble classifier outperforms the existing classifiers by 15-20% over various performance parameters like classification accuracy, time taken for classification, precision, recall, and F-measure. The results were drawn by comparing the proposed ensemble (SVM+NB) classifier with the existing most applied classifiers like Logistic Regression (LR), Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes techniques.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125992396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among them include authentication for computers, attendance tracking for businesses, financial transactions, safeguarding private information, controlling access to buildings and airports, and so on. A person’s identity may be confirmed via the use of both their physical characteristics and their behavioural patterns thanks to the bio-metric system. Bio-metric systems and their effects on modern society are discussed in this article. While single-trait bio-metric user identification is widely utilised at the moment, it does not offer sufficient authentication for highly secure applications. To solve these issues, researchers have developed multi-modal bio-metric systems. User authentication in a multi-modal bio-metric system may be based on a wide variety of factors, including both physical and behavioural characteristics. Additionally, age, height, hair colour, eye colour, gender, and other “soft” bio-metric features are also employed. Even the most subtle Bio-metric methods aren’t without their flaws. Soft bio-metric iris and facial features were used to create the algorithm for the paper work multi-modal bio-metric system.: The research presented in this article enhances user authentication and security without sacrificing speed.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134450957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For landform mapping to analyze locations, things, and features, aerial imagery is crucial. Remote sensing techniques are a fundamental and significant resource for detecting this. The aerial images may get captured with Modern means like satellites or drones. Additionally, the remote sensing technique gathers crucial data that may be applied to various planning tasks, including urban planning, conservation, forestry, land use, and many more. Urban regions may extract valuable information about land use and land cover from Very High Resolution (VHR) satellite pictures. Before practical usage is feasible, further research needs to be done on the many approaches that are now accessible. A machine learning technique called the ensemble technique combines many base models to create a single, ideal prediction model. In this paper, firstly, the extraction of features using TSBTC and then triangle thresholding is applied to the land usage dataset. After extracting features, a different ML algorithm is applied to compare the accuracy.Further, the triangle thresholding-based local features are ensembled with TSBTC II-ary global feature extraction technique to enhance performance. Additionally, in addition to the nine distinct ML algorithms, the recommended land use detection method uses three different ensembles of ML algorithms to evaluate performance. Results from the examination of this ensemble approach are based on the Land Use Dataset provided by UC Merced to demonstrate the benefit of using this ensemble method for classifying land use and significantly enhancing stand-alone methods.","PeriodicalId":113637,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133562967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
