The anti-monopoly regulation of the Internet platform once again attracted people's attention and heated discussions. To understand the anti-monopoly regulatory goals of the Internet platform, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the development stage of the industry, the intensity of competition, the significance of macro-legislation, and policy orientation, and build a heavy-duty regulatory model for the purpose of promoting development. However, the dynamic innovation of Internet platforms, professional algorithmic technical behaviors, and the incalculable consequences of monopolistic behaviors have created a huge challenge to the regulation of anti-monopoly laws. Although the \"Anti-Monopoly Guidelines on the Platform Economy Field\" issued an effective response, there are still problems such as weak legal binding, confusion in platform positioning, large discretionary power for the application of provisions, and loopholes in the regulation of concentration of operators, which need to be furtherly improved and implemented. The \"Anti-Monopoly Law\" and the \"Guide\" and relevant laws and regulations should be successfully undertaken and coordinated, the legislative structure should be improved, and the relevant market definition methods centered on identifying the scope of competition should be enriched. The specific indicators analyzed are operating income, net income, total assets, total liabilities, earnings per share, etc. The second part is based on the word frequency statistics of the evaluation text of Disneyland by different groups of ratings, and the cloud chart can more visually show the difference of the evaluation between different groups. Disney's unique economic composition makes it quite different from traditional media companies, and exploring Disney's economic growth model has significant implications for the development of future media companies. The purpose of this paper is to improve the service through exploring the current economic situation of Disney, visualizing and analyzing the visitor evaluation of the Disney theme park, which is the largest module of Disney's business. It is found that the forest right mortgage loan transactions of small-scale rural households have the characteristics such as high asset specificity, strong uncertainty and low frequency of individual transactions. According to the principle of matching transaction characteristics with governance structure, it is deduced that the forest right mortgage loan transaction model suitable for small-scale rural households are the \"tripartite governance\" transaction model, and the choice of transaction model in practice also confirms this point. At the same time, this paper analyzes the case of \"Fulin Loan\" in Sanming City. It is found that it adopts the tripartite transaction model of \"rural households + forestry cooperatives + financial institutions\", which effectively promotes the increase in the total amount of loans of rural households and the single-family loan, and reduces the loan interest rate. However, M&A, especially in a short period of time, is often accompanied by uncertain risks such as information asymmetry and difficult to predict future profits. Therefore, in order to avoid uncertainty risk, performance commitment agreement began to be widely used in media mergers and acquisitions. This paper takes the application case of Lianjian Optoelectronics to performance commitment agreement in continuous M&A, starting with short-term and shortterm performance analysis, performance commitment standard and original country. The purpose of this paper is to study the long-term and short-term impact of M&A application performance commitment agreement on company performance.
