There are two processes in the proposed schemes: one is the robust fuzzy controller and the other is the previous step CMAC learning algorithm. The robust fuzzy controller can achieve a certain goal without concern for instability of the controlled system in the presence of significant plant uncertainties, if the nominal parameter is roughly estimated. In order to improve the performance of robust fuzzy controller, the nominal parameter should be adjusted. Thus, a previous step CMAC learning algorithm under the robust fuzzy control structure is employed for online tuning the nominal parameter. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the excellent capability of the proposed schemes for improving the output performance.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122379974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A Stackelberg game is constructed to analyze the price and compensation decisions by the supplier as the leader, the wholesale price and the investment decisions by retailer as the follower. It also analyzes how do the price sensitivity factor, delivery time sensitivity factor, and investment efficiency factor influence the delivery time investment and compensation. The results show that: when supplier provides compensation, it will promote online retailer's delivery time investment and will let both supplier and retailer meet their optimal profit; while centralized decision is better than the decentralized decision. At last, the two-part tariff is proved that it can coordinate the supply chain.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121328311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this leads to a mini-max convex-concave problem, which is non-convex in general, we relax it to get an approximate solution. The resulted fusion called as the Chebyshev fusion estimation (CFE) is a nonlinear combination of local estimations. The simulations illustrate that the proposed CFE is a robust fusion and more accurate than the previous covariance intersection (CI) method.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121396187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Four modes, a searching mode, a aligning mode, a closing mode and a climbing mode, are proposed to achieve the goal. MicroRNAs are shown to play important roles in numerous biological processes, such as disease formation, especially in cancer. Predicting the target binding site of microRNA can help to identify the novel miroRNA target genes. Either microRNAs or its target genes can be recognized as biomarkers for diagnosis of diseases, prediction of prognosis, or even therapy decision. In this study, first we apply support vector machines (SVMs), neural networks and decision tree-based approaches to select a set of useful features, which represent important characteristics for the determination of the interaction between microRNA and its target binding mRNA sequence. Next, these selected features are used in two classifiers, SVM and Random Forests, to perform prediction of microRNA target sites. The features that are selected by Random Forests itself exhibit the best performance for predicting the binding site of microRNA. Its prediction accuracy can reach about 75%.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114840755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The cross-coupling effect leading to contour errors is effectively resolved by incorporating a DNA evolutionary algorithm in the PID gain-scheduling control The universal solution seeking capability of DNA algorithm is proposed for finding the optimal weighting parameters of the nine PID control gains for the X and Y axis control loops of the grinding machine. Numerical studies and a real-world experiment for the watch cambered surface polishing performance have been validated successfully. The mechanism of this machine consists of three translational axes and two rotational axes. The platform of the three translational axes belongs to a general one. For the two rotational axes, one rotates about watchcase supporting shaft, another rotates about the clamp of the watchcase. The kinematics equation of this system is constructed to plan the grinding path of the watchcase Use DNA Algorithm to search the optimal nine parameters of all the PID controllers under some searching conditions, which can minimize the contour error. In this paper, CCD smart sensing technique is adopted to measure the cambered watch surface thickness by using robust MRF dynamic image processing. Finally, we use MFC Visual C++ to construct a monitor system and simulate actual grinding work under OpenGL 3D virtual reality.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"119 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126869267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
