A nonlinear fuzzy model based on working position of diesel engine is proposed. The angular velocity of the engine was divided to several segments. For every area, a three-order equivalent linear model was identified with the Correlation Analysis-Least Square method. On the basis of the parameter of linear model, the fuzzy rules were founded. The identification results indicate that the fuzzy modeling method is effective and the nonlinear model is accurate. This nonlinear model can be used to design the control system of diesel engine, and understand its complex dynamics.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127797666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the existing functional decomposition methods for existing products have either a limitation of application scope or can not provide sufficiently comprehensive information. For these, an improved functional decomposition method based on function analysis system technique (called FAST) and the method of removal and operation is proposed. With the improved method, more information such as logical relationship of function, functional level, functional hierarchy and the relationship between function units and components can be got clearly, which are the important information for the conceptual design. The functional decomposition of a water dispenser illustrates the method's application process.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128096607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its mathematic model is difficult to formulate and optimal scheduling is hard to implement. Scheduling in bell-type batch annealing includes combinatorial stacking of coils and order optimization. Firstly, the combinatorial optimization problem of stacking of coils is investigated in this paper, and the width, thickness and hardness trips of rolling slab, delivery ahead of schedule, and delayed punishment based on minimum production constraints are set up. Secondly, the minimum model of cold rolling production scheduling is established based on TSP (Travelling salesman Problem), and an immune bee colony optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. Lastly, combined above-mentioned two methods, new optimal colony is generated by injecting the vaccine into the bee colony to ensure the feasibility of balanced production of cold rolling production line.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133891855","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Each container has to be identified and monitored for security and also for the integrity of the cargo, called condition sensing. This research looks at the current methods used for monitoring and identification. A wireless sensor based monitoring system over the IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee protocol is proposed for the condition sensing. The design of an efficient low-cost wireless ZigBee to Wi-Fi Bridge Interface incorporating a 128-bit AES data encryption security module in hardware is described. The proposed design provides a low-cost robust self-contained bridge solution that allows inter-network communication between the sensor network and the IEEE 802.11b wireless network. Xilinx Spartan 3A FPGA evaluation board is chosen as a platform for the bridge interface design, and implemented using Xilinx Embedded Development Kit (EDK) for overall embedded system design and development, ISE for FPGA hardware development, and Mentor Graphics ModelSim for design verification.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127985024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Comparatively, due to substantial ambiguity in the structure of human language, especially Chinese, there is still not a complete and practical Chinese detecting syntactic error system which helps us by avoiding common mistakes. Current syntactic systems for Chinese fight many problems including high ambiguity of the parser output. In this paper, we provide a new but practical method to deal with grammar errors. Here we arrange anew grammar system of rules combined character with instantiation, which contain grammar errors as well as spelling error, so that our XML rules can work perfectly in respect of precision and practicality. We also discuss the disadvantages of this approach and its prospect.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126577396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, many researches have been done to find the optimal learning rate so that maximum error reduction can be achieved in all iterations. However, in this paper, we found that the best learning rate can be further improved. In saying so, we have revised the direction to search for a new dynamic optimal learning rate, which can have a better convergence in less iteration count than previous approach. There exists a ratio k between out new optimal learning rate and the previous one after the first iteration. In contrast to earlier approaches, the new optimal learning rate of the two-layer NN has a better performance in the same experiment. So we can conclude that our new dynamic optimal learning rate can be a very useful one for the applications of neural networks.","PeriodicalId":113116,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE)","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121795408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
