These systems include uncertainties both in the transition probabilities and system parameters, while the parameter uncertainties satisfy norm bounded conditions. The Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is processed by convex analysis, and free weighting matrix are introduced to solve the stability problem of the filtering error systems. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117116868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, there is a possibility of falling and causing serious injury when standing or sitting. The purpose of this research is to construct a system that enables elderly people to receive safe and high quality rehabilitation. At the first, analysis of trajectory of standing and sitting motion is performed. Thanks to the analysis, it turns out that lower limbs of the human beings at the time of standing and sitting have many components of rotational motion around the hip joint. Furthermore, measurement of the floor reaction force by the force plate is also performed. The measurement result shows that the human lower limbs are standing and sitting by adjusting the force in the direction of rotation around the hip joint while exerting a constant force in the linear direction connecting the ankle joint and the hip joint to support their weight. Finally, based on the obtained results, Polar-coordinate-based design of rehabilitation robot is indicated.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114204808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many research activities dealing with the Quality of Service (QoS) have been focused on media-related service components, whereas signaling-related service components have received not nearly as much attention. Thus, our research focuses on investigating and gaining more comprehensive understanding of the impact of SIP message differentiation on quality of Unified Communication (UC) services. Two experimental studies have been conducted considering voice/video calls and Instant Messaging (IM)/presence components of UC service. The obtained results indicate that increasing amount of signaling negatively impacts both signaling and media performance metrics of UC service. Our findings show that SIP messages differentiation does not influence the quality of UC service.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127739437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

QVL is the computational representation of Boolean function or switching function respectively and enables the total computational treatment of switching algebraic tasks. It has advantages in terms of memory usage, simplicity, clarity and also in computation time. Furthermore, important operations as complement, intersection and union are demonstrated for the advanced QVL-arithmetic. By the use of QVL the computational utilization of the extended basis function forms of switching function will be granted. By QVL the already available ternary-vector-list TVL is supplemented and substituted.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116181652","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work proposes a silicone embedded, low profile piezoelectric sensor array that is suitable for applications where tactile sensing and force localization is needed. The developed sensor has 3 piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) placed in 1×3 array and consists of 5 layers including flexible electrodes and silicone layers. The fabricated tactile sensor has 5 mm spatial resolution and has 0.578–0.821 V/N sensitivity range with a linear characteristic under 0–1 N impulse forces. Also the repeatability of the sensor is approximately 95.65 percent. In this work, the design of the sensor is presented. Each PZT element subjected to impulse force input has been calibrate and a force localization experiment has been performed on the sensor. The results show that our proposed sensor can be used as a force localization sensor.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125392411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Tube Model Predictive Control (TMPC), optimality is traded for robustness which is a key aspect in flight controls where the plant is subject to many disturbances and uncertainties especially related to aerodynamics and wind. Yet MPC comes with large computational effort and thus reduced execution rates of the control law which aggravates disturbance rejection. This issue can be addressed by executing optimization-based feedforward and simple feedback control at different rates. Therefore, the authors present a complete workflow for multi-rate control design, soft- and hardware implementation, testing and flight experiment conduction. First, the control laws are discussed. Next, the custom onboard control software is presented and benchmarked in a tailored Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation. Finally, flight experiments demonstrate the performance of the TMPC and the ease of design, implementation and testing entailed by the presented approach.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124342401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Starting from two of the most commonly used descriptions of the vehicle dynamics, the single-corner and the single-track models, a system composed of Sub-Optimal Second Order Sliding Mode observers in a cascade structure plus an adaptive element is developed and verified to be effective in conditions in which the effect of the weight transfer can be neglected. One notable property of this approach is that only standard sensors, which are present in most of the stock cars, are exploited. The practical implementation is done using a switched/time-based adaptation law for the gains of the observers, in order to be able to track the quantities in a wide range of conditions while keeping the chattering low. Simulation results are presented in IPG Car-Maker.","PeriodicalId":112404,"journal":{"name":"2017 XXVI International Conference on Information, Communication and Automation Technologies (ICAT)","volume":"198 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132833364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
