Firstly, use the expansion convolution to increase the number of channels to get more features to activate and output through the ELU function, which can alleviate the disappearance of the gradient of the linear part, the nonlinear part is more robust to the noise of the input change. Then, the way of the residual connection combine high-level features with low-level features and then output. Finally, output to softmax using global pooling. The experimental data shows that compared with the current mainstream lightweight deep learning target recognition algorithm,E-MobileNet has improved the accuracy of recognition and the frame rate per second in the same test environment of the same test set. The experimental data fully demonstrates that the use of the ELU activation function and the global pooling layer reduces the number of parameters, enhances the generalization ability of the model, and improves the robustness of the algorithm. On the basis of ensuring the light weight of the neural network model, the recognition accuracy of the target is effectively improved.","PeriodicalId":112371,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 5th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122408419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The braking distance depends on the adhesion condition and the anti-skid controller's performance. In this paper, a sliding mode slip ratio control method was proposed based on online estimation of the tangential force between wheel and rail. Simulation results show that the estimator can estimate the tangential force with braking force and wheel's angular speed as inputs. And the actual slip ratio can track the reference value whether it is a constant or time-variant one. This method helps to control the sliding degree when wheelsets skidding during braking under degraded adhesion condition.","PeriodicalId":112371,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 5th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124480473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study targets at the departure time choice of tourism purpose trip with a particular focus on the homeward trips after sightseeing. It presented an analysis of data collected by an experimental route search mobile application developed by the authors that provides travel times of “Depart time” and predicted travel time of “Depart later”. The influencing factors that impact on the departure time choice, such as personal characteristics and route search attributes, are examined. The research results found that travelers are more likely to choose “Depart later” when the travel time of “Depart later” is over 10 minutes shorter than that of “Depart now”.","PeriodicalId":112371,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 5th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"218 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128056503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to neutralize the negative effect on passengers, the problem is studied from the passenger-oriented perspective, and a timetable rescheduling model is proposed to reduce the waiting time of all passengers by improving the evenness of headway. Then, the benchmark time method is introduced to determine the specific range of each decision variable, which is combined with an efficient genetic algorithm to solve the large-scale problem within limited time. Finally, some numerical experiments based on a real-world case derived from a Beijing Subway line are carried out.
