摘要

互联网+在出租车行业的应用,为出租车供给的分配提供了新的途径,解决了打车难、空车运营浪费的问题。本文分析了互联网+下出租车乘客满意度的影响因素,构建了互联网+下出租车服务乘客满意度模型。本文以哈尔滨市为例,通过SP数据调查对模型进行改进,并对模型和数据进行分析,量化各指标对出租车乘客满意度的影响。最后,通过所得数据和变量之间的关系,对出租车软件运营商和政府部门提出相应的建议。
