The median of average ADC value was 1.668 × 10?3 mm2 \u0000/s \u0000for BOT and 1.021 × 10?3 mm2 \u0000/s for MOT (p = 0.0005), and the median of minimum ADC value was 1.394 \u0000× 10?3 mm2 \u0000/s for BOT and 0.812× 10?3 mm2 \u0000/s for MOT (p = 0.0006), both of which were significantly \u0000lower in MOT than that in BOT. So the ADC value is useful and especially the minimum ADC value is \u0000useful in that it can easily measure the ROI so that it contains solid portion or thickened wall.
Is it all just an Akt - you’d be SMAD to believe it! It is plump and uniform in size, to 113.0 ± 0.6nm, leading to the passive \u0000targeting of tumor tissue due to the EPR effect. The content-loaded of PTX was about 27.66%. The contrast \u0000agent content was about 6.34%. In vitro evaluation such as cell viability, the pGGA-PTX / SPION NPs were \u0000similar to that of PTX, suggesting a useful anticancer effect on tumor cells. In the H&E experiment, the \u0000pGGA-PTX / SPION did not impair the normal tissue and fully proved its safety performance. In vivo \u0000imaging, the pGGA-PTX / SPION in the tumor body can clearly be observed by NMR, to achieve real-time \u0000monitoring of drugs. In vivo treatment effects experiment, the pGGA-PTX / SPION exhibits a significant \u0000tumor growth inhibition effect.
Is it all just an Akt - you’d be SMAD to believe it!
