Coffee shop 651 Ginkas Basam adalah salah satu coffee shop yang lagi hits dikota Berastagi yang terus mengalami perkembangan signifikan dari bulan ke bulan. Perkembangan ini harus dipersiapkan oleh manajemen agar dapat menyiapkan alternatif pemasaran yang strategis agar dapat bertahan pada posisinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis keterkaitan atau hubungan rencana pemasaran pada Coffee shop 651 Ginkas Basam Kecamatan Barusjahe, faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal serta menganalisa alternatif strategi yang di gunakan dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang untuk mengatasi kelamahan dan ancaman. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, lalu QSP. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, selanjutnya dilakukan tahap pencocokan dengan metode matriks IE dan matriksSWOT. Hasil dari matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina. Empat strategi alternatif dirumuskan dari hasil matriks SWOT dan QSP dengan strategi prioritas pertama adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi. Herfinta Farm and Plantation melalui kualitas pelayanan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Sebanyak 123 pelanggan dijadikan sample penelitian dan dibagikan kuesioner tertutup dengan indikator kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance dan emphaty. Indikator kepuasan pelanggan yang dijadikan dasar pada penyusunan kuesioner adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, harga dan kemudahan. Hasil uji korelasi antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,401, kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan 0,358. Hasil regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 9,859 + 0,226X1 + 0,176X2 yang berarti setiap bertambahnya atau meningkatnya 1 satuan harga maka akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,226 kali, dan setiap bertambahnya 1 satuan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,176 kali. Hasil uji parsial dan simultan menunjukkan harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. The independent variables in the research were Subjective Norm and Religiosity. The mediating variable in the research conducted was Attitude. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study was the Purchase Intention. The samples in this research were Muslim communities in the city of Batam who often consumed halal food. The data of this research were 389 samples. However, 123 data did not qualify, and 266 data could be proceeded by researcher. This research was conducted with a testing process using the Smart PLS application. The population used is all food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The data collection technique in the research was carried out using the documentation method with the sampling method, namely the purposive sampling method, in order to produce samples in accordance with the research criteria. The research sample was 13 companies with 65 observations. The data analysis technique used by the researcher was multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that partially the audit committee had an insignificant positive effect on financial performance, the independent board of commissioners had a significant positive effect on financial performance, institutional ownership had an insignificant positive effect on financial performance and firm size had a significant positive effect. on financial performance. This is purposively from 89 SMEs in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province by adopting the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) method. The data analysis technique used in this study also uses the concept of Structural Equatin Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program using a configuration approach, the results show that management ability shows a significant influence on Business Model Innovation (BMI). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Trade-Off dinamis dengan menggunakan dua macam pengukuran yaitu DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) dan DAR (Debt To Asset Ratio). Dengan menggunakan data dua tahun (mulai dari januari tahun 2019 sampai desember tahun 2020) dari 182 perusahaan, dengan menggunakan dua teknik analisis data, uji wilcoxon signed rank, hal ini dilakukan karena hasil pengujian normalitas data menunjukkan data tidak terdistribusi secara normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada struktur modal (DER maupun DAR) sebelum dan selama terjadinya pandemi COVID-19. In this context, this study investigates the difference between the banks in respect to the service quality dimension. SERVQUAL model has been selected to measure the service quality in Northern Province of Sri Lanka. Four main commercial banks were selected for the study. Three hundred and fifty questionnaires were issued for data collection based on Convenience sampling method. SPSS version 18 was used for data analysis.
