Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan retail PT. X. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prioritas dimensi dan sub dimensi pelayanan yang harus diperbaiki agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Dimensi dan sub dimensi pada penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model Retail Service Quality dan menggunakan metode pengukuran Gap Score Retail Service Quality. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa prioritas dimensi yang harus mendapat perbaikan dimulai dari dimensi personal interaction (-0.806), dimensi problem solving (-0.633), dimensi physical aspect (-0.500), dimensi reliability (-0.470), serta dimensi policy (0.238). One of the factors is climate, including rainfall. Judging from the development, sugarcane is still vulnerable to the climate. Even so, there are still strategies to reduce the resulting risks, including by means of an appropriate cropping system. However, the safety stock of raw materials cannot be maintained because the quality of the sugarcane deteriorates very quickly. Therefore, sugarcane is continuously sourced in varying quantities and qualities from hundreds of geographically dispersed varieties and supplied to the milling process and due to changing weather conditions so that throughout the year, the time window must be considered for harvesting. Fuzzy logic is a science of uncertainty that has superior ability to process reasoning in language. In fuzzy logic theory, it is known that the concept of fuzzy systems is used in the prediction process and generally contains four stages: fuzzification, formation of fuzzy rules, fuzzy inference system reasoning, and defuzzification. Variable rainfall (mm/year), average yield (%/year), total sugarcane production (million tonnes/year) based on a triangular model of incremental uncertainty as an information attribute in the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). Turbidity is a level of cloudiness in water due to the presence of particles or microorganisms. Turbidity in standard water did not affect human health in term of hazardous, even though it represent of poor quality water. Water treatment plant reduce the cloudiness in water by applying chlorination process. There are three independent variables of water quality involved to predict turbidity value. They are PH, color-spectrum and electrical conductivity. The correlation among variables were checked before conducting multiple regression. Color-spectrum has the highest correlation with the turbidity. The stepwise approach remain two independent variables involved in multiple regression equation, color-spectrum and electrical conductivity with the value of R-square equal to 0,97. Utilitas energi listrik dan gas saat ini terlihat sangat terpengaruh oleh pertumbuhan industri. Utilitas pemakaian listrik dan gas perlu diperhatikan karena untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan yang optimum bagi konsumen. Untuk mengetahui tingkat utilitas listrtik dan gas di masa yang akan datang perlu dilakukan  forecasting. Forecasting  pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan Bahasa pemrograman  Python  dan  package fbprophet . Data masa lalu yang digunakan yaitu data riil index utilitas listrik dan gas dari semua perusahaan relevan di Amerika Serikat dengan frekuensi perbulan mulai dari Januari tahun 2000 hingga bulan Oktober tahun 2020. Dewantari","doi":"10.36055/62007","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36055/62007","url":null,"abstract":"TPST XYZ merupakan tempat pembuangan sampah terpadu yang mengumpulkan sampah dari rumah warga, mengolah dan memberdayakan sampah sebelum mengirimknya ke tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA), agar sampah yang dikirim ke TPA berada pada jumlah sedikit bahkan hanya residu TPST dalam kegiatannya melakukan beberapa perlakuan pada sampah, diantaranya membuat kompos dari sampah organik dan pemilahan sampah anorganik untuk dijual. Fokus penelitian ini berada pada proses pemilahan sampah anorganik, yaitu memilah sampah berdasarkan jenisnya seperti plastik, kardus, botol dan sebagainya. Dalam proses pemilahan sampah anorganik ditemui postur kerja yang tidak nyaman, sehingga jika dibiarkan akan mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai postur kerja pekerja pemilah sampah anorganik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode RULA dengan bantuan  software  Catia V5. The population in this research is employees of SMEs Tahu Sehat as  many as 15 people. In addition, the sampling technique using saturated sampling. The data  collection  technique  is  done by  using the parameters of the likert scale. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed  by  the  method  of  Multiple  Linear  Regression  using  SPSS  Version  25.  The results of the research prove that the influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation on work productivity. While extrinsic motivation has no effect. Untuk tahapan awal di tahun 2020 ini, perlu disiapkan model atau kerangka kerja yang mampu menilai kesiapan Untirta mencapai visi jangka panjang. Beberapa hal yang perlu ditinjau adalah integrasi dari  Smart Campus  dan  Green Campus . Penelitian ini mengusulkan model terintegrasi yang diharapkan mampu mengukur tingkat kesiapan Untirta menuju  It’s  Green Campus  di level dunia. Tahap awal diuraikan indikator-indikator kesiapan perguruan tinggi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja  G-Readiness+  (model Sullistyohati, 2018) yaitu  attitude  (sikap),  policy  (kebijakan),  practice  (praktek),  technology  (teknologi),  governance  (tata kelola), dan  human resource  (sumber daya manusia). Dipadukan dengan  key performance indicators  untuk  Sustainable Campus Assessment  yaitu  Setting and Infrastructure ,  Energy and Climate Change ,  Waste ,  Water ,  Transportation, Education  (model Amrina, 2015) yang masuk kedalam variabel tambahan. Modifikasi dari  composite indicators  untuk  asesmen Smart Campus  yaitu  living the campus ,  environmental  dan  energy  (model Pompei, 2019) dipadukan hingga mendapatkan model pengukuran yang terintegrasi.  Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)  dilakukan untuk memperoleh bobot kriteria dan sub kriteria yang terpenting dari model. Pembobotan dilakukan secara online oleh pakar ( expert judgement ) dengan membandingkan tingkat kepentingan antar kriteria dan sub kriteria. Kekuatan dan kultur lokal yang unik dan berbeda-beda perlu dipertimbangkan dalam membangun sistem inovasi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan strategi inovasi, yaitu suatu kebijakan strategis dalam rangka peningkatan daya saing, yang berfokus pada potensi terbaik setempat dan terbuka pada ide-ide kreatif yang bermanfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh model strategi penguatan sistem inovasi pada unit pengolahan ikan di Provinsi Banten, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode  Analytical Hierarchy Process  (AHP). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 10 (sepuluh) orang pakar yang mewakili unsur akademisi, pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat.
