Diabetic foot ulcers are chronic and difficult to heal is the most common cause of non-traumatic amputations in patients with diabetes mellitus which reaches 82%. Telemedicine technology based on artificial intelligence can be used as a facility for diabetic foot patients by providing education, consultation and direction in treating diabetic feet. Research Methods: The method used in this research is literature study. Literature study conducted by the author is to look for various written sources, either in the form of books, archives, magazines, articles and journals, as well as documents relevant to the problem being studied. Result: Telemedicine application based on artificial intelligence is a solution for DM patients, especially diabetic foot complications. Discussion: The telemedicine application provides 24-hour service by providing education about diabetic foot care to avoid infection, consultation on the administration of drugs such as insulin and other diabetes drugs. Artificial intelligence in telemedicine allows this application to work 24 hours a day. Conclusion: Diabetes mellitus is still a complex problem worldwide. Complications that occur, especially diabetic feet reduce the quality of life of DM patients. Telemedicine application based on artificial intelligence is a solution that can be used to perform routine care for diabetic foot patients. \u0000Keywords: Telemedicine, Artificial intelligence, Diabetic foot, Diabetes Mellitus \u0000 \u0000DAFTAR PUSTAKA \u0000 \u0000Braza DW, Martin JNY. The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered posyandu activities as health service facilities in the community. Strengthening the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres is very important, because posyandu cadres are educational agents who are directly related to mothers of toddlers. This community service aims to increase the role of posyandu cadres in an effort to reduce stunting through the development of healthy snack innovations from high-protein flour products. There were three methods, namely counseling, training and mentoring. Counseling on stunting and the use of local food, training on making healthy snacks based on high-protein mixed flour, as well as mentoring participants in the development and innovation of healthy snacks based on high-protein mixed flour. The community service program was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely online and offline in the work area of the Pakel Health Center, with a total of 50 participants. The counseling was carried out using visual power point media, training with demonstrations of making healthy snacks, and mentoring which contained direct practice of making healthy snacks independently for two weeks after the counseling and training activities were carried out. The result shows that community service in the form of counseling has an impact on increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres at Pakel Health Center, by 4,5%. Training and assistance in making healthy snacks can also be practiced independently by cadres and mothers of toddlers as evidenced by the success and emergence of various menus. In conclusion, the counseling, training, and assistance provided were able to increase the creativity of posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers in creating healthy snacks based on high-protein mixed flour as an acceleration of stunting prevention. The method used in achieving these goals is through socialization and training on artificial insemination and handling livestock health. These activities include: counseling and training on artificial insemination techniques and the handling of reproductive disorders and disease management in beef cattle. The results of the community service evaluation show that in general the knowledge of the community service participants has increased compared to before this activity was carried out. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaires that have been filled out by the participants. The number of participants who knew about the types of livestock reproductive disorders and good AI techniques increased from 66.7% to 90.5%. Likewise, the knowledge of participants about the types of animal health disorders and how to properly handle them before the activity was 71.4% and after the activity increased to 95.2%. \u0000Key words: field officers, animal health, artificial insemination, Pulang Pisau Regency \u0000 \u0000DAFTAR PUSTAKA \u0000Arianti, N., Inggriati, N.W.T., Sarini N.P. It is assumed that as intellectuals, they must have skills and master the language in a variety of literature. As a form of concern and service to the village community assisted by the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program, it is necessary to hold these activities to create a young generation who is ready to face the progress of the times in the era of globalization. Thus, the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program held the creative writing activity as an alternative step to prepare the younger generation who are ready to face the future by proficiently writing and reading. The activity was carried out online as well as an anticipation to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Furthermore, to support these activities, good cooperation is needed between the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Airlangga University with the Blitar Regency PORBUDPAR Service, and the MI School Committee and Kemloko Village Village. This strategy can create positive synergies by forming writing groups so that these activities can be applied in a structured and sustainable manner by producing a collection of interesting and quality poems and short stories even though they are online. Furthermore, the collection of students' writings will be made into a collection of books that have an ISBN and can be distributed to various levels of society.

In order to help the government encourage the realization of food security in Indonesia, the community service team of Universitas Airlangga implemented a bulekang (kale catfish cultivation) program aimed at the people of Pasirharjo village, Talun subdistrict, Blitar regency. The purpose of the bulekang program is to increase knowledge about food security, the use of home land as a container for the fulfillment of animal nutrition, vegetable and entrepreneurial containers, and help the government increase community income. The methods used in this activity are extension and training (field practice). The average pretest result regarding catfish cultivation was 35.5 and posttest 97 while the average pretest regarding kale cultivation was 36 and the average posttest was 98. This indicates that the training material can be understood by participants. Based on the evaluation of attitudes and behaviors, it was obtained that the participants of the activity had a high willingness to practice bulekang in their respective homes. One of the tools that can be used to improve hospital preparedness is the Rapid Hospital Readiness Checklist developed by WHO. Based on the background of this community service activity, it aims to assist hospitals in conducting self-assessment through the development of applications related to hospital preparedness in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service method is divided into two, namely, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which aims to obtain information needed for application development and socialization which aims to practice application use. The presence of this application was welcomed by hospitals and related service units because it can help make it easier to fill out a checklist related to hospital preparedness.
