{"title":"Penerapan \"Spirit\" Man Jadda Wajada Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pokok-Pokok Isi Ajaran Al-Qur’an di MAN 1 Metro","authors":"Gufron Gufron","doi":"10.32332/tarbawiyah.v5i1.3608","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32332/tarbawiyah.v5i1.3608","url":null,"abstract":"This article describes the concept of \"Man Jadda Wajada\" which is an acronym for Man (Mengoptimalkan Pembelajaran Saintifik) with Jadda (Jaringan Dalam Diskusi dan Arahan) and Wajada (Wadahi Jangkauan dan Penugasan) by communicating the results of assignments and discussing them. This concept was implemented through two cycles of classroom action research (CAR) which was conducted on 35 students of class X IPS 3 in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Metro City. From the two CAR cycles that have been carried out, the learning outcomes of the main contents of the teachings of the Qur'an for class X IPS 3 MAN 1 Metro students can be improved through the application of \"Man Jadda Wajada\". The changes in spiritual attitudes from cycle I to II which experienced a significant increase, that the distribution of the predicate of spiritual attitude and honesty of students showed a change in spiritual attitude, namely there were no more less and enough predicates, 80% good predicates and 20% very good predicates. Meanwhile, the change in honesty attitude from cycle I to II also experienced the same thing, namely there were no less and enough predicates, 51% were good and 49% were very good. As for the change in the final value from cycle I to II, the highest was from 79.40 to 89.40 or an increase of 10.00, and the lowest was from 48.00 to 71.00 or an increase of 23.00, the average started from 64.97 to 75 .04 increased by 10.1. With implementing learning by using android media, students were very enthusiastic in following the learning process delivered by the teacher. Students were also easier to understand the material delivered by the teacher. The research used experiment method pree test post-test design model that was giving treatment to student’s groups with the implementation of android media during several meetings. The sample of this study was 20 students of the fifth grade of Elementary School 1 West Metro, Metro City. Data collection techniques were tests, observations, and interviews. Instrument aimed for students to get learning outcomes. The observation was used to see the Islamic education learning process by using android media. The interview was aimed at the teacher in using additional data about student activities in the learning process. Research results showed that the learning process using Android media has increased the learning joy and enthusiasm of students. Joy and enthusiasm encouraged students to be active in each learning process and had an implication for the achievement of learning objectives. This research is a literature study with the main source of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and Scientific Journals. The results showed that the role of the teacher in understanding the characteristics of students is the first thing that must be done to achieve the goals of Islamic education because in this realm a teacher will determine the methods, models and strategies to be used. Teachers in developing lesson plans must pay attention to the curriculum, objectives, activity designs and evaluation models to be used. The stages of classroom management carried out by a teacher must refer to the desired class conditions, analyze existing class conditions, select and use managerial strategies and assess managerial effectiveness and a good physical arrangement of the classroom environment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket dan tes. Sedangkan, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat sebaran sampel, uji prasyarat analisis statistik, dan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linier berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel pada penelitian ini siswa SDIT Al Amanah kelas V dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan interaksi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji T parsial dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 54.5%, dan persamaan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan Ŷ = 45,275 + 0.357 X1. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor interaksi pembelajaran, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan skor hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran PAI sebesar  45,632.  Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemanfaataan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji T parsial dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 53.2%, dan persamaan regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan Ŷ = 44,889 + 0.352X2. Hal ini  berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor pemanfaatan perpustakaan, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan skor hasil belajar PAI siswa sebesar  45,241. \u0000Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh Positif dan dan signifikan interaksi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji F simultan (Uji F) dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 57,5%, dan persamaan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan Ŷ = 42,321 + 0. 207 X1 + 0.172X2. This study uses the R&D model; ADDIE steps 1-2 or level 1. This study is carried out in three stages, namely; draw up a theoretical basis for design; product design; and test the validity of the design. The validity test is carried out twice, each by four different validators and experts in their fields. Validation is also carried out on supporting devices in the form of religious fiqh teaching materials and learning outcome evaluation instruments. The data collection tools used were literature study and questionnaires. Based on the analysis that has been done, this research shows several things, namely: (1) several complementary theories are found so that it is feasible to design a learning model that can improve students' spiritual intelligence; (2) product creation in the form of an integral learning model design; (3) the validation test of the supporting theory and design obtained a score of 4.5 (very valid), the value of religious fiqh teaching materials was 4.8 (very valid), and the learning outcome evaluation instrument was 4.7 (very valid).
