Traditional system is bulky in 4f imaging mode, and can only perform edge detection in one dimensional, leading to anisotropic imaging. Here, I will introduce our recently developed single-shot, isotropic DIC microscopy in 2f system. This is realized by a polarization-multiplexed metalens, that can perform the computations of optical difference for edge detections in all directions. Our work promises the important compact and miniaturized microscopy for miniaturized and even portable imaging system for healthcare, environmental monitoring, and other applications.","PeriodicalId":111173,"journal":{"name":"Biophotonics Congress: Optics in the Life Sciences 2023 (OMA, NTM, BODA, OMP, BRAIN)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125429019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
