Prayer is a deterrent from evil and evil deeds. If you look at the current reality among teenagers, there have been a lot of negligence in many things. Therefore, it is necessary to have the habit of praying together at school so that good habits are embedded in teenagers from an early age. This study focused on the role of PAI teachers in disciplining the congregational prayer of students at SMAN 2 Galing Sambas with the following problems formulation: (1) the process of praying zuhur in congregation through the cooperation of teachers and parents of students, (2) the approach taken by PAI teachers in motivate students to pray zuhur in congregation, and (3) obstacles and obstacles for PAI teacher to improve the istiqomah of zuhur prayer in congregation. To achieve these objectives using a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher uses descriptive analysis which aims to explain aspects that are relevant to the observed phenomena. The results showed that (1) The process of implementing the Zuhur prayer in congregation was carried out through the coordination of the principal, PAI teacher and parents of students. Coordination between the Principal and Islamic Religious Education Teacher and parents of students in improving the quality of congregational prayers at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency. This coordination is to discuss school programs and one of them is related to congregational prayers. The purpose of this coordination is to improve the quality of student prayer in congregation, (2) The approach taken by PAI teacher in motivating students to pray Zuhur in congregation at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency is still not optimal. The approach taken by PAI teacher is a religious approach through tausiyah activities, lectures, cults and giving advice to students. Then the individual approach focuses more on the guidance and practice of reading prayers. In addition, the prayer control book is used in an effort to improve the discipline of students praying in congregation. Finally, a group approach that leads to group guidance for students who have not been able to memorize prayer readings, and (3) Obstacles and obstacles for PAI teachers to improve the istiqomah of Zuhur prayer in congregation at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency, including internal and external obstacles and barriers. external. Internally, the obstacles and obstacles are the lack of awareness of some students to pray in congregation. Then, externally, the obstacles and constraints include the incomplete facilities for ablution facilities which are limited in the number of water faucets. The research design used by the author is a qualitative descriptive technique. Through the preparation of recount text by students, data are analyzed and collected. Ten manuscripts are examined and categorized. Researchers examine recount writing using transitivity analysis as a tool. Data analysis reveals that the material process is the most common type of process in writing recount. It appears 66 times (or 40%) in student writing about account papers. It refers to procedures, actions, physical matters, or both. The data collection techniques used are tests and observations. There are four stages of the procedure in this study, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The case study in this research is related to the Deed of Peace Number 1404/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tng. This study aims to determine the legal protection of compensation rights for termination of employment using directors' assets and the constraints faced. The results of this study explain that termination of employment for workers at PT. Aemka Putra Satria towards 6 (six) workers who have worked for 15 years. Due to the company's incompetence, and there are no company assets that can be used to pay for workers' rights, the good faith and moral responsibility of the directors, a Debt Payment Agreement (Severance Payment) was made on November 28, 2019. The value of workers' rights is Rp. 900,000.000 (nine hundred million rupiah). The sample used was 266 respondents consisting of all employees working in the AMC Cirebon environment and also students who were studying at AMC Cirebon which were taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method, because in determining the sample in this study there were considerations criteria. The analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing with partial regression test (t test). Analysis using simple linear regression yields Y = 31.745 + 0.534X. It can be seen that the regression equation shows a positive effect of the leadership variable on the Work Productivity of Education Personnel at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. Historically Sufism can be divided into several periods, namely the formation period, the development period, the consolidation period, the philosophical period, and the purification period. From these several periods it can be seen that there were two streams in Sufism, namely semi-falsafi Sufism which later became philosophical Sufism and Sunni Sufism. These two streams then colored the world of Sufism. Sunni Sufism is categorized as conscious Sufism, in which the understanding of Sufism is explained simply, so that it can be understood and understood by all groups. The teachings in Sunni Sufism are more directed towards behavior that is in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, so that to become a Sufi candidate one must understand the Shari'ah very well. A group counseling is held which can help victims resolve the trauma. Based on cases that occurred in Indonesia, it was found that sexual violence occurred in children who were in the school environment. Factors that influence the occurrence of sexual violence are the many perpetrators who are people around the victim and even people who are known to the victim so that sexual violence usually occurs anywhere. Furthermore, the factors that influence the emergence of sexual violence are because children are considered sterile so that children are vulnerable to becoming victims of sexual violence because this causes trauma to the victim because of the incident that happened to the victim.
