Issues of solution continuation with respect to parameters in case of bifurcation branching of the corresponding loading diagrams are considered particularly. A numerical algorithm for finding the bifurcation branches at the load-displacement diagram is proposed. Our focus is on a computer modelling of the repeated partition games where the pure payoff matrix strategies are the actors of the population. At each instant, actor from one concurrent population is randomly matched with actor from other population, and they play a strategic form game Lotto. The payoffs of the game are population's fitness level. Populations with the strategies that have higher payoffs expand and those that have lower payoffs shrink. The critical (Euler) load corresponding to the buckling is found with the Ritz method in the framework of the linearized von Kármán set of equations. Numerical computations are performed with the Ritz method for various elastic properties of the surface. However, in the simulation process, and during operation of the accelerator we are facing with the problem of determining the actual values of function parameters characterizing the observed state of the system. Naturally, that the problem of measurement monitoring of control parameters needs to be addressed in a physical terms, which leads to the need for selection of appropriate methods for describing and solving the problem of identification. From a general point of view, the problem of identification is one of the subproblems of optimal control theory of dynamic systems. Moreover, the methods developed for the identification problems are wide application and for searching of optimal solutions.
