This study aims to determine the behavior of using APD in the Laundry at X Hospital, Sidoarjo. This research method was descriptive through a cross sectional approach. The research variables were worker behavior related to knowledge, attitudes, facilities and infrastructure and supervision of the use of APD. The population of this study were 8 respondents from all workers in the Laundry. Determination of the sample of this study was total sampling technique. The data collection tools used in this study were questionnaires and observations. Data analysis was done descriptively. The results of the study showed that 87.5% of laundry good knowledge, 100% good attitude, 84% good infrastructure facilities, and 82% good supervision. Overall, the behavior of laundry was said to be well behaved. The conclusion of this study was the behavior of using APD for laundry is said to be well behaved. Pencemaran debu kayu berdampak terhadap kesehatan manusia khususnya gangguan fungsi paru. Hasil riset The Surveilans of Work Related and Occupational Respiratory Disease (SWORD) yang dilakukan di inggris ditemukan 3.300 kasus paru yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pajanan Particulate Matter (PM10) terhadap Kapasitas Vital Paru Pada Pekerja Bagian Produksi CV Delta Raya Kota Batu. Desain penelitian ini analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 17 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan uji fisher exact. Berdasarkn hasil penelitian didapatkan konsentrasi PM10 tertinggi yaitu 0.012 mg/Nm3. Hasil pengukuran KVP paling banyak kurang dari 80%. Hasil dari PM10 dan Kapasitas Vital Paru berbanding lurus. Kedua variabel tersebut tidak memenuhi standart. Vector control that has been carried out by the community generally uses chemical insecticides where if the use of chemical insecticides is carried out in the long term and continuously it can cause side effects on the environment, besides that it also causes resistance to the vector itself. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the peel extract of plantain (Musa Paradisiaca var. Raja) as a larvicide on the mortality of Culex Sp. larvae. This research is an experimental research with The Static Group Comparassion Design. Total population and samples were 600 Culex Sp instar III larvae. The sampling method used random sampling method on Culex Sp instar III larvae or at the age of 3-4 days. Data analysis using Anova analysis using the STATA application. The results of the Anova test showed that there were differences in the mortality of Culex Sp with various doses of plantain peel extract (Musa Paradisiaca var. They are usually called pesticides. Some plants or agricultural products that stimulate plant growth kill some plants without fertiliser and prevent unwanted growth. Severe poisoning refers to low-level long-term effects or exposure to toxic substances, such as frequent spraying of pesticides during dangerous spraying times. The effects of chronic exposure do not appear immediately after the first exposure; it takes a long time for symptoms to appear. Plaosan is one of the villages and sub-districts in Magetan district where part of the population works as vegetable farmers. The population in Plaosan village is 5,678 people spread over 5 hamlets, namely Gulun, Duwet, Kauman, Sale, and Kandenan. To increase optimal agricultural yields, farmers in agricultural intensification usually use pesticides. Pesticides continue to accumulate in the body and slowly damage the tissues. People who are frequently exposed to this pesticide at low doses may suffer from symptoms of poisoning long after their initial exposure. Chronic symptoms include chronic oral inhalation poisoning and chronic skin contact. This research uses a descriptive type of research. Descriptive research is a study that describes the magnitude of the problem under study. Descriptive research is research with the main objective of making an objective picture or description of a situation. This study aims to determine the risk factors for subjective complaints of pesticide poisoning of vegetable farmers in the work area of the Plaosan Health Centre in terms of individual factors, behaviour, environment, and pesticide use. The results of the SWOT analysis will form the market hygiene position development strategy. This research was descriptive type of research that uses observation sheets to obtain results for the sanitary conditions of the Soponyono Market. Based on the study results, thel sanitary condition in Soponyono Market, category Rungkut District, Surabaya City was generally good and in the eligiblel as per the existing regulations such as market buildings (80.6%), market cleanlinelss in the eligible category (68.1%), and clean alnd healthy behavior (59%) category requirements. The results of the SWOT anallysis on the sanitary state of the Soponyono market are in Quadrant I (Aggressive). Based on data from the Medokan Ayu Health Center, there were 25 cases of dengue fever in 2021, and this increased to 28 cases from January to May 2022. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the dengue vector control program at the Medokan Ayu Health Center, Surabaya City in 2022. \u0000The design of this research is descriptive and was conducted in April-July 2022. The total sample used was 22 people who had suffered from DHF in the working area of the Medokan Ayu Public Health Center. \u0000The results of the interviews that have been conducted obtained 13 people with sufficient criteria and 9 people with good standart, those can be seen the implementation of the DHF vector control program at the Medokan Ayu Health Center is efficient. Of the 9 vector control activity variables, the Medokan Ayu Health Center only carried out 7 DHF vector control activities. \u0000The conclusion from the research that has been conduct is that the implementation of the dengue vector control program at the Medokan Ayu Health Center has been efficient. However, several variables scored less than the respondents, including counseling activities, eradicating mosquito nests, and fogging. The coverage of healthy homes in Kedung Cowek Village in 2019 was 26%, in 2020 and 2021 it was 27%. The Cumpat Fisherman Settlement Community has the behavior of throwing garbage in the sea because of the irregular transportation system. The purpose of this study was to analyze descriptively the physical condition of the house and the behavior of disposing of garbage in the Cumpat Fisherman's Settlement, Bulak District, Surabaya City. \u0000This research uses descriptive method, the sample size is 84 houses and 83 respondents using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Collecting data using observation sheets and questionnaire sheets. The results of the study were analyzed and presented through a frequency distribution table. \u0000The results of the study on the physical condition of the house met the requirements of a healthy house (97.6%) by reviewing the ceiling, walls, floor, lighting, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and occupancy density. The results of the study regarding the behavior of disposing of waste were in good category (83.3%) but the action component was in the sufficient category (16.7%). \u0000The conclusion of the study on the assessment of the physical condition of the house obtained results that met the requirements and the behavior of disposing of garbage obtained a good category. The purpose of this study was to describe the behavior (knowledge, attitudes, facilities and infrastructure, and family support) of food handlers in the application of personal hygiene at the Nutrition Installation of Menur Mental Hospital in 2022. \u0000This type of research was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 18 workers and used total sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The variables in this study include knowledge, attitudes, facilities and infrastructure, and family support. \u0000The results showed that the application of personal hygiene for food handlers at the Nutrition Installation of RSJ Menur Surabaya for knowledge included in the good category 94% and the sufficient category 5.6%. The attitude included in the good category were 83.3% and the sufficient category was 16.7%. All of the facilities and infrastructure in the adequate category, namely 100%. Family support was include in the category of suporting 88.9% and not suporting 11%. \u0000It is hoped that the Hospital, especially the Nutrition Installation, will routinely provide education about the stages of washing hands with soap and complete the instructions for the stages of washing hands. Factors that influence the occurrence of Irritant Contact Dermatitis, among others, work period, personal hygiene and use of Personal Protective Equipment. Complaints of Contact Dermatitis Irritants such as pain, itching, erythema, stinging, scaly and cracked skin, and thickening of the skin. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors on the incidence of Irritant Contact Dermatitis in fishermen in Padelegen Village, Pamekasan Regency. \u0000This study used an analytic observation method with a retrospective cross sectional approach. The research sample amounted to 32 people who were taken based on inclusion data and exclusion data. In this research the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research results using ordinal logistic regression test. \u0000Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the variables which influence the logistic results partially, is the service period with a sig value of 0.049, Personal Protective Equipment with a value of sig. 0.000 and personal hygiene 0.625. The results of the regression test simultaneously obtained results with a sig value of 0.044. \u0000So, it can be stated that there is an influence of internal factors on the incidence of Irritant Contact Dermatitis in fishermen in Padelegen Village, Pamekasan Regency.
