Syed Amir Ali Malihabadi is a Qur'anic commentator. Syed Amir Ali Malihabadi has included Israeli traditions in his \"Tafsir Mohib-ur-Rehman\". He warned the public that some Israʼiliyyat (اسرائیلیات) were against the Qur'an and hadith. Israeli riwayat (اسرائیلی روایات) that are against Islamic teachings have been clarified by the Qur'an, Hadith and rational arguments. \"Tafsir Mohib-ur-Rehman\" is included in the Syllabus of Maddaris and being taught for the last many years. The primary characteristic of the inquisitorial system is regarded with the judge who is having the overarching part in the adjudicating process whereas the distinctive characteristic of the adversarial system is that is termed with the partisan-centric. In contrast to the models of the Islam and the adjudication mode that are fitted varies over the opinions. Various scholars comparatively integrate such with the adversarial models while some of the scholars perceive it similar to the inquisitorial models that are having the similar characteristics. Her experiences as the daughter of a French teacher, turned Algerian liberation fighter shaped her vision and provided inspiration for her writing, as one of the first students in the new Arabic schools in independent Algeria, she puts tremendous value in being able to write and express herself freely in Arabic. Ahlam Mostaghanemi was the first Algerian woman writer to publish a novel in the Arabic language. Her work is therefore very significant in the context of Arab women's writing and feminism. Her novels express a unique understanding of social and political events and convey the impact of these events on individuals by combining love stories with political and social history, fused together in present time. The language that is used in the novel is usually simple in that it is a discourse in which it addresses different segments of society, as it expresses the language of various social segments, but the modern Arab narrator has advanced in his language in his novelist narration to transfer the novel into a poetic novel. In 1976, under Article 204 of the constitution of Pakistan ,1973, the Contempt of Court Act ,1976 was enacted which repealed Contempt of Courts Act,1926. There after Contempt of Court Ordinances ,1998, 2003,2004 were promulgated from time to time and in 2012, the Contempt of Court Act, 2012 was enacted. The Supreme Court of Pakistan in a judgment declared the Act, 2012 unconstitutional and revived the Contempt of Court Ordinance, 2003. The paper also help to understand the actual meaning/situations of Hiyal and their applications as per the principals of Islamic Law of Contract, as discussed earlier there are always a Chunk of problems that can not be treated on the basis of normal way of Islamic financial regulations because there are a lot of situations/practical scenarios/financial issues that have very different and modern class as per today's updated World, so the need of time being solutions is always there to cater above needs and to make the way possible for the believers under the supreme guidelines of Islamic Shariah. This write-up is also focused regarding main School of thoughts, Ahnaf, Malkia, Hanabila and Shafiah, it was tried that on best effort basis the time being solutions should be workable in all schools, therefore, conclusion of each segment is mentioned.
