Volkova","doi":"10.25206/1813-8225-2022-181-13-18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25206/1813-8225-2022-181-13-18","url":null,"abstract":"The main malfunctions of diesel and marine diesel injectors with an increase in the needle stroke by more than 50 % of the standard value are described — an increase in the temperature of the nozzle of the sprayer, a breakthrough of cylinder gases into the cavity of the sprayer and the formation of coke, a decrease in the pressure of the injected fuel. A method is proposed for determining the maximum stroke of the needle by measuring the length of the needle shank and its conditional reduction when the needle is placed on the saddle. The device and the principle of operation of the device for determining the maximum stroke of the spray needle are shown. Drawings of the main parts of the universal device for determining the needle stroke of sprayers with a diameter from 8 to 18 mm of diesel and marine diesel engines have been developed, a prototype is made. Tyukin","doi":"10.25206/1813-8225-2022-183-90-97","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25206/1813-8225-2022-183-90-97","url":null,"abstract":"In the work, dual electroinductive spherical sensors, which are a constructive combination of two double sensors into one, are subjected to experimental studies in a non-uniform electric field. Dual sensors are an integral part of a new method for measuring inhomogeneous electric fields by average value. Experimental studies are aimed at confirming the possibility of using dual sensors in inhomogeneous electric fields and the method of measuring the electric field strength by the average value. To carry out experiments in a non-uniform electric field, a high-voltage measuring setup is created. The measuring setup made it possible to obtain the static characteristics of a dual sensor in an inhomogeneous electric field. Comparison of the static characteristics obtained in a homogeneous and inhomogeneous field makes it possible to estimate their errors and compare these errors with theoretically calculated ones. The comparison results have showed that the discrepancy between the static characteristics does not exceed +1,5 %, and the discrepancy in the errors of the dual sensor, estimated from experimental data in an inhomogeneous field and obtained theoretically, does not exceed ±2 % in absolute units. To achieve the goal, a mathematical model for the propagation of ultrasonic vibrations in heterogeneous media has been developed, and clinical studies have been carried out. It is shown that the proposed calculation method can be used to evaluate the passage of ultrasonic vibrations through inhomogeneous biological media. During the tests, numerical values of the wear condition of four bearings are obtained, the average value is indicated. Switching mode of operation of the press is carried out by moving the control slider from one stationary position to another. The kinematic parameters of the lever mechanism are assigned in such a way that in operating mode the law of motion of the working body of the press is close to the law of motion of the output link of the fourlink central crank-slider mechanism, and in the idle mode — the working body makes small movements (approximate stand) at full rotation of the crank. A statistical and mathematical model has been developed and allows us to make a prognosis of the main indicators of the airline’s activity. This model is a distribution of a random variable, which distribution density is described by the Gauss’ Law. The influence of the correlation coefficient value on the accuracy of the prognosis, the average quadratic values on the mathematical expectation of the predicted value is shown.
