The issues of determining the actual UBI when creating MIS that process personal data using a specific technology of expert assessment are considered. The proposed methodology for determining actual threats to information security for MIS, in comparison with those used, eliminates subjective assessments that are a characteristic feature of traditional expert assessments. Its use also makes it possible to assess the relevance of information security threats for MIS that do not have qualified specialists in the field of information security in the staff of a medical institution, which is relevant for a large number of medical institutions. Modeling has shown that the presence of several closely spaced defects does not lead to an increase in the electric field intensity in comparison with one defect. On the basis of experimental studies, an analysis of defects' number influence on various parameters of partial discharges (PD) is performed. Artificial defects are created in the area of the XLPE-insulated cable termination. The following parameters of PD are measured: the magnitude of the apparent charge, the power (intensity) of partial discharges, the phase-resolved partial discharge (PRPD) patterns, the shape of PD signals. The analysis shows an increase in the number of defects does not affect the characteristics of partial discharges, despite the fact the defects are located in different sections of the cable with distributed parameters. Ivlev","doi":"10.25206/1813-8225-2022-182-86-92","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25206/1813-8225-2022-182-86-92","url":null,"abstract":"In this work, we carried out a comprehensive study of the morphology, chemical composition, electronic structure, and electrochemical characteristics of a nanocomposite based on carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and manganese oxide particles. The study of the electronic structure of the nanocomposite, performed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), showed that manganese is in two chemically nonequivalent states in MnO2-x and in KMnO4 . It has been established that manganese oxide is deficient in oxygen. In the course of electrochemical tests performed by the method of cyclic voltammetry (CVA), it is shown that the electrode based on the nanocomposite showed high arial capacitance values of 320 mF∙cm–2 at a potential scan rate of 5 mV∙s–1 and a low gravimetric capacitance of 14 F∙g–1. A comparison of synchronization structures is made in terms of the impact on the final operation of the system and hardware synchronization methods in terms of applicability and maximum performance. The mathematical apparatus is based on the principle of separation of the movements of each of the electric drives and the representation of its transfer function in matrix form.
